The fact that 8 months later I still feel inclined to write a review should speak volumes. Words can't even describe the magic that I felt being here! I booked out the entire salon due to having 8 guests plus myself, and they offered us all a complimentary glass of champagne when we arrived. Way to start it off with a bang! Gina was the absolute greatest woman I could ever imagine helping me with searching for my dress. Even being around 8 months pregnant, she was still doing all the heavy lifting (literally) and constant ups and downs to help me get in and out of each dress I tried on. She listened to everything I had to say and had recommendations for all my concerns. I was back and forth between 2 dresses, after trying on MANY others, and she continued to put me in and out of them until I made my final decision on which one I loved the most. I never once felt rushed but instead felt like they genuinely cared about me and finding exactly what I was looking for. I went to one other salon after this and the experience couldn't even compare to my Swoon experience, but we won't get into that here. Overall, I ended up choosing the very first dress I tried on there (sorry, Gina, for making you do all that unnecessary work). Honestly, if I could put into words in a short sentence how much I adore this salon and Gina, I would, but words cant say enough. 100/10, make Swoon your first and only stop! P.s. I'm unsure if Gina is still working here since it's been so long since I was there, but she deserves extra gold stars and I hope she understands the impact she made on myself, and I'm sure many other women, while dress shopping! EDIT: I told her my price range, and the dress I dreamed of trying on, and ultimately got, was only $50 over my $2k price range. I insisted on trying it on one way or another. She did bring me some over my price range, and some that my party picked out for me as well, but allowed me to make the decision on trying them on or not on whether I felt comfortable going over my range. And when I did feel like it was too much for my liking, she recommended a sister dress that I may like instead of the more expensive one. I never once felt pressured to try on something that I felt I couldn't afford or didn't want to try on myself. Again, can't recommend...

I loved everything about my experience at Swoon and highly recommend it for any bride on the hunt for the perfect dress. I appreciated that they have a pre-appointment option because I really wasn't sure what I wanted so I got to show them pictures of what I had in mind and pick a few dresses I wanted to try on. For the actual appointment, I had the sincere pleasure of working with Gina. She had the dresses that I picked out as well as others based on my inspo pictures. I learned that the style I was gravitating towards wasn't in line much with the current trends so there weren't a lot of options for me to try on (they have a TON of styles, just not the specific one I had in mind). But Gina went above and beyond to show me how the dresses they did have could fit into my vision, and an associate of hers even ran over to their sister store to see if any dresses there fit my vision. I'm SO glad she did because I booked a gown order appointment 4 days later based on one of those dresses! Gina took her time with me and went over the plausibility of the alternations I wanted to do, she took my measurements, and even brought out some gorgeous earrings and a hair piece I also bought! She thoroughly explained the whole process. From start to finish, I felt so taken care of and seen. Again, I can't stress enough how awesome the whole experience was. Definitely book an appointment with Swoon if you're in the market for a gorgeous...

LADIES, absolutely book Swoon! I would give 10 stars if I could! I went to Swoon back in October but ended up purchasing a dress from another shop that I just wasn't in love with. Two weeks ago, and two months before my wedding(!), I contacted Swoon again to see if they could fit me in and had anything that might work with my now tiny budget and short timeline. They absolutely did.

I worked with Brynn as my stylist, both times, and Amber was the assistant manager when I arrived. Both women were extremely welcoming and wonderful during my appointment. I was so embarrassed to come back a second time and worried I wouldn't find anything in my budget. Brynn was patient, understanding, and very helpful. She pulled sample dresses that were below my budget (!) and would be available for purchase on the spot so I could get them to a seamstress immediately. She was very kind and thoughtful with my feedback and I ended up crying when I found the dress of my dreams. All the stress just melted away, I was on cloud 9. They also provided me with a list of reputable seamstresses in the area which I was able to book the next day!

I cannot stress enough how taken care of and comfortable I felt being at Swoon. Thank you for calming down this crazed bride and helping her find the perfect dress! I'll try to edit my review after the wedding to include a picture of the dress I found :)....
