Starbucks — Restaurant in Reno

I have had so many mistakes here...

Ive given them many different opportunities to craft a bevarage correctly. By ordering different drinks, making aure they are custom with the number of pumps showing on the label. But i dont think ive ever gone here and had nothing wrong with my drink.

Iced coffee with milk (missing syrup) and not sure... but the most bitter ive ever had.... Iced caramel macchiato (missing vanilla syrup) Java chip frap (missing the binding syrup.... very bitter not sure how this happened.) Vanilla sweet cream cold brew ( in a hot cup which has less volume than iced cup, should never be used or no ice, or just a bigger cup so your not making it without the space allowance for the ice.) These are the ones i can recently remember the issues. But i feel pretty cheated.

Overall i thought ok its just a simple mistake, and i give a place the benefit of the doubt, but every single time... something is off. Please retrain your crew for basics. Because this shouldnt be that common. I will only ever go there again if i sit down. Or have the time to check my drink before i leave and can have them remake it. I hate doing that but its annoying having a drink i didnt order...

Had a problem at this location I hate to leave a review when it's not positive however after being talked down to after bringing my service dog in and offering her paperwork upfront some comments were made about why I would possibly need a service dog and why would I need her I I have struggled because I did not want to have to write this review however it has bothered me so much that I feel like I should say something my dog is all of 9lb completely trained does not bark or go up to people she's an actual service dog and it was just really disconcerting with the comments that were made towards me especially when I I am a disabled u.s. military veteran I guess that the three and a half years i was deployed as a combat medic for everyone to...

I love this store. The staff is really nice and the renovations they did about a year ago have really opened it up. The patio has mountain views in a couple of directions. It's conveniently close to my home so I can either drive, ride my bike or walk, but I'm not the only one who loves it. The store is in a growing area, so mornings or evening rush hours can be brutal as the parking is tight and the drive-in line long. Then it's best to mobile order if you are short on time. None rush hours times it's a lovely place to hang out and helped me with my "cabin fever" post surgery. This store opens early (4:30 a.m.) for all you early risers or...
