I placed an order on the subway app and selected a different location than I normally do. It defaulted to the subway by my home. I tried to cancel my order through the app but redirected to a phone number for the store that I ordered from which just rings then eventually goes to voicemail which is full so you cannot leave a message. Tried to cancel my order through the app but again was redirected to the store. I tried dozens of times to call and cancel. Then just drove across town to pick it up as I was already charged. Upon arrival my order was not on the pick up shelf. I waited in line behind other customers and was there for almost an hour. When it was my turn I showed the only person there whom claims to be the franchise owner my order confirmation and asked to cancel my order. He said “no ma’am you can’t cancel your order. I’m going to make it now as I gave your order to someone else. I said no, I just wanted my money back as the order wasn’t made and I tried to cancel and said, as the only contact information to cancel my order it is bad business practice to not answer your phone. He said that he doesn’t answer the phone because people call and place false orders. He refused to give me a refund and I didn’t get what I ordered, when I ordered it, or my money back after repeatedly telling him I wanted a refund. There are always issues there with his rude demeanor and refusing to answer your phones so you have to go there in person to cancel is ridiculous. The fact that he just gives orders to other people without providing proof or confirmation and then refusing to refund you is awful. Terrible experience there! Read moreThere were two instances of bad experiences from this Subway location. The first time that I had visited this location, the lights were on but the doors were locked. I saw someone inside, and I knocked, but the person ignored me and went in the back somewhere and didn't come back out. I emailed Subway to ask about this, and to complain, and they never wrote me back. The second time was today. I asked for one of the sandwiches to have a small amount of mayo on it, and the person LOADED it with mayo. She squeezed the mayo in a strong soundwave like pattern across the entire sandwich, then went backwards again in a quiet soundwave like pattern. I went to go check out, and usually for every form of payment I use my American Express, but apparently this location doesn't accept AMEX. I was a little mad when I could not use my AMEX, because my only other payment option was some cash that I was going to use for something else. When I got home with the sandwiches for my family, I unwrapped my sandwich with some lettuce seeping out of the sandwich due to the amount of mayo. I took a paper towel and opened the sandwich up to try and remove some of the mayo, but even then after eating a few bites I could not eat anymore of it. Read moreDecoy restaurant to waste people's time. It used to be my favorite Subway in town, however, now it became a place to get disappointed. The doors are closed with one worker inside more than half of the times without a clear reason, the worker ignores waving & knocking the door. There is an open sign, but clearly there is no services. When you are lucky and the doors are open, you see the most rude workers who don't like to do anything. I am providing this date time stamp hoping that management would review. On Mar 11 2021 at 2:40, I wanted with my family to order 6 sandwiches, the two workers at that time refused, saying that they MIGHT get busy. No one else was in or around the store. I asked them if they could make 3 sandwiches and if by the time they are done, and there is no one else ordering may be they could make another three, but again they refused saying that they might not have enough chicken. I told them that we will order beef instead, but again they refused and failed to provide any reasonable explanation. Very rude people who don't what to work and know nothing about customer service.
