Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Renton

I ordered an online barbeque chicken pizza without bacon; when I picked it up, I found out it had bacon, so I asked to start a new one from scratch. I waited a couple of minutes, then he handed it to me. When I went home and started baking it, I noticed there were remnants of bacon. It seemed like this guy; he just picked up the bacon and gave the same one back to me. I was really angry and upset because he's trying to trick me. That's really disrespectful. I called the store, and I explained how frustrated I was, so he told me simply to return it, and he will give me another pizza. This was not the first time. It happened to me with the Newcastle location. The employees do not know how to read the orders. however that will be the last time i will order from...

I want to give 3 stars but I reason it's partially my fault. I had called asking about a chicken garlic pizza which is a usual my family gets. Was also asking if they had a jalapeno chicken pizza(they don't),so they recommended me a BBQ chicken. Now over the phone they didn't mention it had crispy bacon on it like they do online or on the menu(and my family can't have bacon). So it wasnt until I baked the pizza that I realized it was wrong. I ended up giving the pizza to my neighbor who was grateful, but I'm rather upset about the missed detail. I should have asked which is why I didn'tgive a lower score,but a "chicken" bbq pizza doesn't imply any other meat to me. They did their job I guess. I wish they told me more about the pizza...

I stopped by this papa Murphy's and presented a coupon for $3 off they said they would not take my coupon because it wasn't from the app. I spent the last 3 days trying to get the website / app to take my information so I can get this coupon I finally gave up ! I will not shop here thank you so much for your time and over $3 you've lost a client that's been eating pizzas with you for over 10 years. Over $3 the owner of this establishment should figure out that good clients are worth a $3 coupon even if it is not from the website or the app. In my opinion poor management...
