Friday afternoon very tired just got up from the Work was very hungry. I ordered from uber oh my God, what a frustration I called her number multiple time. Their number doesn’t work it just beeps nonstop. I wanted to call to complain about the food I received that barely has any chicken or rice. It’s a very deceptive of them to not to keep with the standards they’re showing and committing on Uber.
First time I had ordered from Uber, the portion was full had chunks of chicken and more rice. I gave good reviews. 2nd time I ordered the portion is small. They did not put the hot sauce or any other sauces that I requested for and the chicken portion size reduced to bare minimum then shredded it into very tiny small Pieces. Very bad I will put a complain to uber bad quality and portion than what’s shown in the picture. Read moreTo start off, we placed a pick up order of 7 items for 5 different people with varying spice levels. Some people are sensitive to spice so we had orders that had 1 line or 3 lines of spice. You would think that the items would be labeled with the specific spice levels / what type of entree it even is. Nope. We asked when we picked up our order how can we differentiate the spice, or the meats in the foil gyro wraps: they couldn’t answer. No apology or anything. So then I asked for hot sauce on the side for those who wanted spicy combos but couldn’t tell the spice, we were told that it’s $0.50 extra each. Disappointing. They can’t even compensate for a mistake made on their end. We voiced that as a new business they should do better at labeling their orders to prevent any future issues, but the cook (also assuming owner) just gave us a sarcastic response.

While I’ve overlooked minor mistakes in past Uber Eats orders, today’s experience was unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and sheer arrogance from the staff was beyond anything I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. The worker was not only rude but also resorted to yelling and using inappropriate language.
