Went there today to buy a small ham for my son and I. When I asked what she had in small hams, the cashier pointed to a large ham on the top rack. I asked, Is that the smallest? She said, Yes.
So, I asked, what are those smaller ones on the shelf below, are they not hams? She said, Oh yes, they are hams, but you won't get the whole bone. Like I'm going to eat the bone. I found it a bit shady that she tried to upsell me when I made it clear I wanted a small ham.
Next, for some reason my apple pay wouldn't work on their payment system. I know there was money as I had just come from purchasing a helmet at the bike lane. I also checked my account balance on my phone. The reader showed "Read error" but the cashier kept saying, well, it shows Declined on my side over and over, as if I didn't have money in my account. Alicia, i'm assuming she was the manager, she seemed annoyed when i asked her to find a small size ham, was in a rush to get me checked out. When she brought out the second ham, I didn't even get a chance to see the size and she was already ringing me up. When i asked about the coupon i had she talked to me like i was annoying by even asking to get clarification. And worst of all, i could've gotten $5 off since i had coupons through my email and they were valid until 11/25 and at this point didn't even want to bother. Worst experience I've had here.
