I have been a Subway customer for a long time, I have even frequented the restaurant in other countries. The sandwiches are delicious, but the service at Revere's restaurant at Northgate Shopping Center is terrible !! I've never been as poorly attended as I was today 02/22/20. Two feisty employees were in that place. When we arrived, at 08:30 pm, they already looked at us in a horrible way, as they were already cleaning the store, and the chairs were all on the tables. At the entrance, it is said that the store closes at 10:00 pm, and it was only 08:30 pm. My husband didn't even want to make his request, after the faces that the attendants made when answering us. Subway should simply train its employees better, as it is horrible to be in a place where you are not well received, well attended, and where you cannot sit down to eat, as the chairs are already on the tables, even long before store...
Read moreThis particular location close at 10:00pm I went at 9:25 pm and the employee was in a rush to handle a 5 minutes order..I don't believe the order needs to be rushed and stressful 30 minutes prior closing. Very disappointing with the service. Very bad attitude with the person who handled my order. This person did not understand the customers make it your own way and it is not the way they want to make it. I strongly urge management to train the team better, it is a simple sub and the client decides how and what to add...Please be patient especially if the customer is going respectfully nice, and slow to make sure the is no rush to make the order right.
