The only good thing I have to say is the person who helped me place the order in store for the sweatpants I wanted was very kind. However fast forward to the order arriving and me going to pick it up, I noticed a few days later that the security tag was still on. No biggie, I stopped by to have it removed and showed proof of my purchase. The gentlemen up front said they couldnât remove the security tag because it was different and they didnât have the proper magnet to do so. They also mentioned it mustâve came from a New York store. Super bummed but no biggie. I asked if I could exchange it, answer was nobody had my size. Fine, Iâll just return it, nope you canât return a clearance item. I had high hopes when this store first opened in my area, but honestly this isnât the first time iâve heard the service is disappointing, just sad I had to go and experience...
Read morejust an example of todays guest service. the laziest people work here. Theyâre not mentally there. they have the worst attitude. im surprised they even qualify for a guest service role at all. They all fall into the category of normalize bad behavior, normalize anti everything culture. This team exemplifies 0 sympathy and empathy, lack of patience, lack of any consideration in love for another. they dont seem to have any joy in the workplace. They promote the i can do anything i want and everything is in my favor style of a person. Theres probably many young kids that are more honest than these people. This team is controlled by their anxiety. everything is a chore to them. They seem to be people that are unprofessional for all of life. They donât take anybody or anything serious. Iâd rather travel 35 minutes farther to grab the same product or pay more at a different...
