Taco Bell — Restaurant in Revere

So taco bell is Taco Bell. The food is whats to be expected. That said, the reason I give a 1 star is because we came to the late night drive thru and myself and 4 other cars waited patiently to be served. Well, we were never served! Online it says, open until 3am. Out front the sign is lit and says “Drive thru open”.We arrived approximately around 2 give or take a few minutes. Again waiting patiently, we just thought being late night the cars were just moving slowly due to minimal staffing that late. NOT THE CASE! The car two behind us actually called at 2:30 am to see what the holdup was. They claimed to be closed. Closing early not an issue but the place is lit up like Christmas lights and the drive-thru sign didnt say closed. So, i called and a gentleman answers and says “Taco Bell Revere” and i ask are you open? His response “we are closed”. So i went to kindly ask why the sign out front and the internet says 3 am? CLICK.....he hung up. I personally own a small restaurant and was just looking for some good ole taco bell, I understand closing early. What i dont understand is how the manager or franchise owner is letting his staff just stop when they want and fake being open so they dont get reprimanded. Im still shaking my head because if i wanted a quick bite and wasnt feeling cooking when getting home late, im now cooking 30 minutes later at night because they didnt have the decency to at least say we are closed while...

Taco Bell has been a staple in the community at Northgate for almost 25 years. When I used to work at Ames and then NRM Music store, most of the employees would only have a couple of choices for lunch. Friendlys', pizzeria uno and TACO BELL. Always a calm , collective atmosphere. Very clean, and a professional look to it, as far as fast food restaurants go the employees were always polite to everyone even if they're is a difficult situation at hand. Drive thru is open till 2 or 3am which makes the hours almost 24.plenty of parking spots, handicap parking with a wheel chair ramp and tables inside for handicap accessibility. Also being at Northgate, Taco bell is positioned 1 minute from route 1 south and north, route 16/ Revere beach parkway, route 107 north and south( LYNN MARSH RD.), and only 3 minutes from Revere beach. Couldn't ask for a better physical spot to be in for a business to thrive and serve...

*update: self service kiosk was broken . Didn’t have meat cantina bowl and cheesy fiesta potatoes on self service kiosk. Are these items discontinued . I ordered my food on a broken self kiosk and had to ask the busy people in back for my item. Can we get some more humans please.

I've been to this taco bell soooo many times and never thought of leaving a review. I'd say I've never received a mistaken order like you get at other fast food places. The food tastes extremely good, like I assume any Taco Bell should taste .

I actually used the kiosk to order inside the store the last time instead of a person at the cashier which I typically prefer and that went flawless as well.
