Big T's Pizza — Restaurant in Rialto

Unfortunately I just had the worst experience ever for my first time here. I tried to be respectful and polite but the issue was not resolved properly. Not only was I given a pizza cold to the touch, the mozzarella sticks were as well. As I explained to the assistant manager who said his name was Angel, I can forgive the mozzarella sticks but the pizza is ICE COLD the cheese is hard! And the dough is undercooked. He explained there might have been a mix up from YESTERDAYS ORDER under the same name. He said the most he could do is re warm the pizza if I drove there or give 20 percent off. I told him after I was told there might be a chance the pizza was made yesterday I’ll DRIVE BACK THERE PERSONALLY HAVE HIM LOOK AND TOUCH THE PIZZA AND REMAKE A NEW ONE. Unfortunately he did not accept my solution as I told him I’m a new customer brand new to California and this is my first time EVER having pizza here. It’s unfortunate because I was told the warmers for the pizza aren’t big enough to fit pizza only wings. Little do they know I am a professional private chef and own a catering company and have years of experience in the pizza industry… that being said EVERY pizza company has warmers for their pizza. What would you do on a Friday or Saturday night if it was busy just leave the pizza out? 🤦🏾 I gave the service a two star because even though we did not come to the solution me and my girlfriend were looking for HE WAS VERY RESPECTFUL and offered 20 percent off my entire order NEXT TIME I’m not sure if I’ll give this place another try but if I do I pray I don’t have the...

I used to love this place but over the course of the last year the quality and service has diminished. I ordered a large thin crust double pepperoni for delivery, when I got it the dough was saturated in grease. For a thin crust pizza maybe my expectations have been too high, but I was expecting a somewhat rigid slice similar to a thick cracker, however what I got was a flaccid and soggy grease sponge. The BEST PART was when I called and expressed my disgust and the manager explained that for that style of particular pizza it was the best they can do BECAUSE I ordered a double pepperoni on a thin crust. She then asked if I wanted another one; and I said what any disgusted person in my position would say, "NO, this is the best you could do, how can you possibly do any better." Why would I want another order of this garbage that is barely suitable for human consumption? Never again. This place sucks and the crew they have is apathetic to their customer base.

LOOOOVE this place, have been coming here 20+years. They have been in business for a long time for a reason. Only fall back is the wait times (sometimes), they need to expand! From their variety (LOTS of variety) of different kinds of pizzas to their entrees/side dishes everything is always so good! And they have so many bubdle like deals to choose from it's crazy good you will find something to fit your budget & is great for larger families, sleepovers/small get togethers, or for a couple looking to have leftovers part of the week. You get a lot of food for the prices they charge. 😁 They close too early, IMO should be open another couple hours would be ideal for people who get off work & get home a little later in the evening. Get more staff & expand & these guys would be the perfect...
