Burger King — Restaurant in Rialto

Been going to this Burger King for the past couple of months. Burger King always has great deals and the special item rotation is good too. Decent service and the staff is friendly and the place is kept clean.

Only issues I have is that the food seems to always a bit cold and this place tends to attract unseenly types even though its nowhere near a freeway.

They've always gotten my order correct and out quickly, but today it took about 40 minutes and they got part of my order wrong. No big-deal as I can assume it was one of those days that something goes bad. I just feel bad for the cashiers taking the blunt for the showdowns.

Will I eat here again? Maybe, but not for a while. Today left a bad taste...

This burger king has poor higegen and I've seen several employees that don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. Also the employees alow crack heads to hang around outside the entrance as well as inside and they sit at the tables without consuming. Just today I sat at kids playground area and there was a girl surrounded by 3 men and they where talking about inapropiate things and exchanging what seemed to be cocane luckily there where no families with their kids around. The employees won't say anything and I hardly ever see the manager around to set things straight. To be honest this the last time I'm ever having my meal here it's so unsanitary and I don't feel comfortable with so many crack...

Horrible drive thru service. This is the second time I come to this location and they stop taking orders from customers despite the fact that their hours of service state they don't close for another hour, the manager is in there just walking around aimlessly, he sees the line of cars wanting to order but just ignores us. At least turn off the lights if your not going to accept anymore orders. After honking and tapping the glass to find out if they were actually closed contrary to their posted hours he looks over and walks away, I wasn't the only one doing that either. BK lost my business to the McDonald's...
