Tam's Burgers — Restaurant in Rialto

My wife and granchildren had the opertunity to Have Dinner at Tam's in Azusa, off of Arrow highway. The meal we all eat was great and I made a comment to my wife that the food was good and We will be Back this was March 3, 2016. My wife and I where at Stater Brothers s shopping, we bith look up and noticed Tam's Sign and thought we stop and haveDinner, so we did. This is where evey thing started to ho wrong. Speeking clearly I ask for a avocado cheeseburger without onions fries and a small drink my wife ordered the chily Burger with out Onion fries and drink. After 4 min, our meal arrived I starred with my steak fries and found them warm, i over look the COLD FRIES. I then Went started on my Burgers, Im y first bite i got a mouth full of Onion's and a look warm Buger. The lady that took my order argued with me and said that there were no Onions on the Burger that I was tasty lettuce I stuck my finger in the Burger and pulled a Onion out and showed her, she said nothing and took the meal back to we cook it. This was the experience I had with my dinner at Tam's. Now my eifes Burger was basically the same thing, not supposed to have onions Fry's record and when she took it back the cook stuck his finger in it started pulling the lettuce Out and the onions and gave it back to her, shecwas fisicly physically standing there watching this person remove the lettuce and tomato with his fingers no gloves she said oh no make me a new one and the customer behind her witness the same thing when she got back to the table her Herberger was look lukewarm as well as The Fries. I am sending a Coppy of this to yge Health Department along with the the name of them person that Witnesses this, Worst experience We Ever Had. Very disappointment with this tams here.I been comingt drive up to tams for years in L.a.and always love the food never complain..but this place here ..well let start the girl that took my order was very rude ..when I went to drive thru I order my food and I think the speaker wasn't working right ..so when I got to the window I ask the girl if my order was right she roll her eyes at me and said your order is ready ..am like how can my order be ready if I just drive up 10 seconds ..is it fresh .because I just order..she just said here I just pay and park ..when I open my bag it was the wrong order..I then walk in and ask someone else they said sorry and give me my order and then right..the owner of this tams needs to have a talk with the drive thru girl ..so rude roll her eyes and talk rude and throws food that I didn't oder ..maybe she should not be using her cell and just talking to other ppl that don't even work here ..even though I never been here at this tams it will...
