Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Rich Township

The cashier was not friendly. She offered no recommendations. When I asked her about sauces and the size of drinks, she waves her hand like Vanna White showcasing letters and numbers, not cool. She got my order wrong when I clearly said Misty Freeze. So, I double check as I leave, thinking maybe this restaurant doesn't carry it...wrong, they do. But what they don't have for sure is mobile ordering, points scanning, and clean tables. I'm hoping that my drive-thru experience in the future will be better because, I don't need dryness with my food. However, kudos to the young lady bringing out orders, perhaps she should be on the register. At least, I would get a smile to go with my side of fries.

Ice cream melting, no peanut butter core center or anything. If you turned the ice cream over, you'd better have a dog on standby. Just came from this location. There was a tall, young black girl (Aricka - she wasn’t wearing a mask) was dancing in front of the window while she was talking to someone on FaceTime. Who holds their phone while preparing a client’s meal??? After few more minutes of waiting, I had to ask for my coke and shake. Once we received our drinks, We asked to speak to the manager that’s in duty. She then brought Brandy to the window. My wife addressed our concerns and Brandy didn’t seem to take us serious. Please keep in mind that Aricka was looking over Brandy’s shoulder the entire time while we were filing a formal complaint. Oh, did I mention Brandy had her mask hanging off her face as well. She never apologized for the terrible service that we received! We asked for her managers name and was given the name Corey Johnson ( who I will be reaching out to asap). I don't like this location. I ordered three items and by the time I got the window and paid for my items which was all cold items. Two blizzards and a slushie. The blizzards were more than half way melted. As soon as the tops got taken off it spilt all over. Why are people being served melted blizzards. I asked for blizzards not milkshakes. I've been to other dairy queens that make your items correctly. This one doesn't. I have had desserts from this location multiple times with my family and have the same issue occur. I am done visiting this one and rather drive further to another location to get firm blizzards and maybe they'll turn it upside down for fun to show its thick and not melted. Once I eat the part that isn't melted I throw out the rest of the ice-cream because it's melted and that is just wasting money. I am done...
