Price - Beware of the almost 30% markup on delivery. Other than that normal pricing which is scary cheap. 3/5

Customer Service - Ordered Watermelon Crush... they gave me Fruit Punch. Red Snapper seems almost like Catfish. Philly Steak doesn't already come with fries or drink. Took a bit for them to get the order out of the door 2/5

Philly cheese steak: Appearance - Super wet & messy. Below average. Also small for the price. 1/5

Taste - Salty as all hell. Not worth the $10. In fact didn't even come with fries or a drink. 1/5

Boneless Chicken "wings:" Appearance - soaked in honey barbecue sauce. Could use a little less sauce considering that it goes into a cardboard bin. 3/5

Taste - Moist. A little bit too much water and some areas. The chicken is pretty average but the sauce makes up for it. The five pieces are big chunks of breast meat that will definitely fill you up. The fries are a nice bonus. 4/5

Red Snapper Dinner: Appearance - Decent looking fish with odd spots as if they fried chunks of flour too much in certain areas. Definitely overcooked on some parts of it. 2/5

Taste - Decent fish. Can barely taste the seasoning. Dry in some areas from being overcooked. Nothing special here. This honestly tastes similar to catfish so I'm skeptical if it's actually red snapper. 2/5

Overall, the food is such poor quality here. It's as if they don't even try. You get the usual signs of a bad Philly Cheese Steak which is salty meat. There's also a considerable markup (about 30% on each item) for delivery which makes it not even close to worth it. I'm also extremely skeptical that if they actually have red snapper fish. I doubt I'll order from this place ever again.

My wife ordered a philly cheese steak, a small order of fries, and 2 four wings w/fries. Instead we received philly cheese steak, a small order of fries, and an 8 wing in one container with a small amount of fries. This was a delivery order. Not a big deal right? Well it wouldn’t have been a big deal if I would not have had to deal with what had to be the slowest thinking employee in the place, JESSICA. Not only did it take her 10 minutes to take a 2 minute order when I called in, she picked up the phone, and in the most disrespectful tone (stereotypical ghetto black girl voice) “uh-uh, wait a minute you ordered what?” I feel like I lost one brain cell per second talking to this uneducated young lady. When I said to her i’d prefer to speak to a manager because she has no idea what customer service was she had the nerve to say “you gettin’ upset with me cause you don’t make sense”. No Jessica, what doesn’t make sense is that they hired you in the first place. Way to turn a simple wrong order into a huge situation. A gentleman, who obviously had customer service skills, got on the phone and fixed the situation in less time that it took her to take the original order. I made a conscious decision to stop patronizing this restaurant. The men who cook the food are not sanitary. I have observed some very disturbing things. For instance, one cook sneezed into his hands and used hand sanitizer and returned to work. When you sneeze into your hands, you need soap and water, not sanitizer. One cook took my money and attempted to return to handling my food. I explained, "sir, can you please wash your hands considering you handled money?" and he responded that he wouldn't return to food from touching money without gloves. Well, what I am learning is that folks use gloves incorrectly. They are also suppose to protect the customer from food poisoning and when a food preparer touches money, he needs soap and water AND then gloves. I also observed one of the cooks putting food into his mouth as he was preparing my food. This is not a sanitary establishment. Food service workers should be trained to understand that you NEVER put your fingers to your mouth while preparing food for others. I can only imagine how they handle tasks not easily observable by the public. I gave it two stars because the food is tasty.
