Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Rich Township

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It was not so much the sandwich but the attitude of the workers. This was my first time visiting this Jimmy's John's location in over a year. I remember that the cashier or person taking the order would ask what type of bread and they made the sandwich without asking me so they had to make it over. The cashier said that this is why you have to tell us what type of bread. They did not really ask what I wanted on the sandwich so they had to add the Dijon mustard at the last minute. I knew what sandwich I wanted but instead of asking what do I want on the sandwich I was met with eye rolling and condescending laughter. The cashier's tone was friendly and if I was talking to her on the phone I would have thought differently. What happened to being helpful. I guess any type of customer service is dead at this location. After the sandwich was made another worker laid the wrapped sandwich on the counter without putting it in a bag. I had to reach over the counter to get the bag myself. If the customer was supposed to get the bag you would think they would not have it on the side where the sandwiches were being made. I am only giving this Jimmy John a bad review because the service was unprofessional and the restaurant had a mild stinky mop smell. I was going to eat there but the mop smell...

Just ordered a sandwich from them for delivery. Opened it up and a long black hair sticking out of it. Luckily the delivery guy was there still and told him about it and he said I should call the location. I called and said there is a long hair in my sandwich. They said "ok we will send another one for you." I then asked if I can get a refund as well. "we will just replace the sandwich." This is not how ANYBODY should be treated. Especially when there is a HAIR in FOOD. I eat here all the time at this location so I expect better. Not only that, but I give them plenty of my business there since I and many others work down the street from them. The fact that I can't even get my money back is just wrong. A restaurant will automatically comp. a dinner/lunch and I shouldn't even have to...

I literally ONLY wanted a plain Turkey slim. I asked if it CAME with cheese and was charged for it, okay no big deal. Then I asked for mustard and mayo packets on THE SIDE, NO MUSTARD. I called to let him know it was forgotten and he said he was so busy with other customers, as if I wasn’t a PAYING customer. I get my order and there’s mayo already on it but the mayo added was nasty and distasteful. I called back to speak with Kyierre (who took my order) about the simple things asked of him and he said I was accusing him of doing something to my sandwich. Never once did I say he did! He began to get argumentative after I asked for a refund and for the driver to come back and get this sandwich that WAS NOT EATEN.
