Wonât be heading back to this location. We have s as Lewis has great experiences here in the past. This time was not the same. The photographer we had was brand new. She had her note pad open on the counter for everyone to see. All her notes and all. When it came to the pictures, they were ok. I know my son was a handful , but I feel like they could have been better. Shen time to order, she really had no idea had to roam the computer for me so I could order and design our Christmas cards. I actually had to do. When all was said and done and It was time to order the cards, she only ordered me 12 out of the 60 cards I was suppose to receive. I caught it after the fact but was able to get a hold of someone to order the rest. When they came in on the 15th, the 48 cards were missing envelopes. They were suppose to be ordered for me and I would be contacted when they came in. I never heard from anyone while on vacation. I called when we hit back into town ( December 3rd.) No envelopes were ordered for me to replace what I didnât receive. She told me to come by Thursday and they would be there. Guess what!!! Showed up Thursday and still no cards. Left a message for the manager. She called back but I missed the call. When I returned her call, she giggled like it was funny that I still didnât have cards. Apparently itâs a joke that Iâm still waiting for them. They are suppose to be in on Monday. When I asked r why they were never ordered on the 15th when I told her that they were missing, she said customer device couldnât help her with ordering them. Everyone just passes the hick and takes no responsibility for anything. We will be going to a different location...

i usually donât post bad reviews about another stylist but this experience has been stressful. she made my haircut very uneven due to her not being open enough to listen to my concerns. i have been doing hair for 6+ years , and have done thousands of haircuts in my lifetime working for chain salons and taking CEU. i specifically told her she needed to wet my hair down due to it bieng wavy, and that it will be even if she does, she had attitude and also told me no she didnât want to cut my hair wet and made up some odd excuse that didnât make sense to me as a hairstylist. . my hair is now choppy and uneven.. my coworkers even pointed out how bad it looked. she refused to also use a technique i suggested for my hair type and it was uneven the first time and asked her to re do it.. she then had attitude and grabbed an uneven section and almost cut it. thank goodness i stopped her because i would have known what the result would have been if she did. i came back to the salon and another stylist said that she is the manager and she does great work and that there was no need to be stressed? itâs my hair that i paid for and it look bad.. she needs to slow down and take her time.. and just because you are a manager doesnât mean you are good at what you do. i hate to post this but it has caused stress and inconvenience to have to go back and ask for a refund and they gave me a gift card. thank goodness it was handled but it was not a good experience and someone...
   Read moreI've taken my complaint all the way to the stores General Manager. I still haven't spoken to the individual in charge of their portrait studio. When you call they give you the run around, and that's if they don't hang up the minute you ask to speak to a manager. I was asked to come in 15 minutes early for my 1pm appt. I got their at 12:45pm exactly. I wasn't called to the back until after 1:30p. During the entire time of our session the employee stopped to check other people in, alter other's session, take payments, alter the customers pics that was before us, and list goes on! Because they were short staffed my session was rushed and it showed in his work. We didn't leave until after 3:30pm. These were photos to show a celebration of a duo graduation that was a disaster.
