Was on my lunch break with my sister. She ordered our stuff online. Said it would be ready in 5 mins. Just got two fries, cheeseburger, mozzarella sticks and two Oreo milkshakes. My sister went inside to get it and it wasn’t ready. They was calling up everyone but her. Even people that just ordered inside. She waited for 30 mins and that basically took away our whole hour lunch break opposed to it sayin it would be ready in 5. Customers coughing everywhere, people just staring. Finally got our food ans thinking it would be hot and fresh since we waited so long and only had 15 mins left of our break. Come to find out her mozzarella sticks was cold. My cheeseburger was lukewarm and I asked for no tomato and it was on there. My fries was definitely old and re dipped. Super oily. Had it all over my fingers. My sis fries was all old at the bottom of the bag and fresh at the top. And our milkshakes was disgusting as well. Bunch of crushed up Oreo cookies mashed at the bottom. It looked like someone chewed it up and spit it out at the bottom of the cup and covered it with ice cream on top. 2nd time of us coming here. 1st time was good. But definitely not coming back again. Read moreI moved to Homewood in May 2022. I've gone here faithfully. I normally like the food and the service, but the last two times I ordered beef sandwich, it was dipped, even though I specified I wanted it dry. Two weeks ago, it happened again. I called immediately to complain as the sandwich was falling apart. I asked for a manager and a woman got on. I explained the situation (no apology given) she said I can comeback for a remake or for a refund. I said I did not have time because I grabbed something fast because I needed to pick my nephew up from Midway. She said, no problem. Just be sure to BRING THE SANDWICH BACK WHEN YOU RETURN. I'm like excuse me, I just told you I can't make it back today, so you want me to hold on to the sandwich? Yes! She said. I told her that was ridiculous and I wanted to speak to someone else. She put me on hold for a long time and I hung up. I did a complaint online and someone emailed me back and said they will contact the owner to have them contact me. Well, that was 2 weeks ago. There are too many other places to go to--I will not deal with terrible customer service and an owner who clearly doesn't give a damn about loyal customers. They lost me. Read moreI have been going to Pop's for a number of years now and I have never been so angry in my life. I ordered a DOUBLE BACON CHEESE BURGER with Grilled Onions ... You know we go to these fast food places thinking that when we walk away with the assumption that our food in the bags/order is correct ... I do NOT have time to stand at the counter and open up every single food item to check that it is correct ... It SHOULD BE CORRECT to begin with ... When I got home, I open up my food item and it was WRONG!!! Not only was it NOT a DOUBLE BACON CHEESEBURGER, it was a single cheeseburger with NO Bacon and NO Grilled Onions like I had originally ordered ... I was fuming with disgust, so I immediately called Pops back on the phone and expressed my disdain for how horrible I thought it was that they couldn't get a simple order right ... Luckily, after I expressed my frustration, I received a coupon in the mail for a FREE-Double Bacon Cheeseburger ... Hopefully, they can get it right the next...
