Ive been searching for a good snack shack since I moved from Gary. But unfortunately every restaurant I've tried has either had extremely mediocre food, or terrible customer service. But the moment I stepped into sharks and inhaled, I knew immediately I had found my place. The casheir is very kind and responsive, and often times he knows what I want better than I do! The lobby is always clean and tidy, and the smell as soon as you walk into the doors is inviting and more than welcoming.
I don't understand how this place even gets one bad review. That's because I have never had a order that I didn't like, or a order mixed up. The cook is top notch, and makes sure noone is there more than 10 minutes after the order was placed. I bring my family here, I eat dinner here, hell I even grab my lunch from here before work!

Terrible experience!!!!!!! I BOUGHT an eight piece mixed and when I got home there was BLOOD COMING OUT OF ONE OF THE THIGHS! I WRAPPED IT UP TO TAKE IT BACK THE NEXT DAY!!! IT WAS ALREADY LATE AND I FIGURED I WOULDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM RETURNING IT BECAUSE IT WAS WITHIN 24 HOURS!! ON THE WAY I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED! THEY SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO TALK AND ASKED WHY DIDN'T I RETURN IT THE SAME DAY! IT WAS ALREADY GETTING LATE AND I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE GOING RIGHT BACK. The fish was over cooked. I waited over ten minutes after I ordered and the long wait was obvious when I got home with the food. It was horribly over done. While waiting I overheard someone order their food and say that they didnt want it fried hard. It was puzzling at first but I soon found out when I bit into my extra hard (not crispy but hard) catfish. On the menu it said it was extra for all steak pieces I also found this to be odd since usually it is the fish without bones that is extra. They do not even know what pieces of fish they are preparing since I was expecting fillets since I didn't specifically order steak pieces as shown at the bottom of the menu.
