My friends and I went in yesterday (7/3) at around 10:40 pm. We ordered a chicken platter and sauteed spicy chicken/ cheese with two sodas. The floor didn't look too busy (about four tables) but we expected to wait for a while considering its a saturday night before a holiday.

An hour later at 11:40 pm, we started getting impatient because we weren't getting our drinks or any update from our server. When we asked her about our order, she in fact didn't even recall what we've ordered.

She came back 10 minutes later and told us that the order was just put in. We tried to make sense of the situation. Were they busy? Maybe. Did she forget? Maybe. She never gave us the solid reason. Instead, she repeatedly said that the order was just put in. Her being not clear about the reason made us realize that she simply forgot to put in our order.

Honestly, mistakes happen. If she would have clearly explained what happend and sincerly apologized, we would have found a solution to work with.

But she never explained and she never wanted to apologize. She looked at us like we were being unreasonable. She didn't care that our night was ruined and we wasted an hour without any service or food. She kept going back to the kitchen and talking and giggling with other servers.

We were very upset and decided to just leave. When we confronted her on the way out, she admitted that she forgot to put in our order until we brought it up. But still no apologies with an attitude.

I don't think we will ever go back to this place. It is the second time I'm wasting my time with my orders and being treated like I'm in the wrong. And her behavior is not okay.

We never got to ask for her name, but I wish I did. This is not acceptable, and I hope her behaviors can...

Ok I went super overboard and ordered $75 worth on Uber eats for just myself 😂

The chicken is super crispy; as most kfc (Korean fried chicken) should be. The crisp is loud and the batter is light (not thick and heavy like the American counterparts)!

I ordered the garlic wings (spicy), boneless (medium spicy) both with sauce on side w a side of rice cakes (sauce was also on side).

It was packed very nicely so that the chicken wouldn’t get soggy. I ended up barely eating the sauce and just enjoyed the chicken! The meat was delicious and juicy.

🔥The batter was light and flaky and that undeniably loud crunch was alllll there! It wasn’t as spicy as I wanted it to be. I just got regular spicy; next time I’ll get it spicer. It’s so hard to tell what spicy is; especially with Asian restaurants as some are wayyyy spicy when they say spicy and some isn’t even at all. This level of spicy for me was not even spicy. Popeyes chicken is spicer 😂 so I don’t know if I had an off day or if my tolerance just got higher. I enjoyed the chicken nonetheless. Next time I’ll ask for hot sauce on side maybe!

I obviously didn’t finish what I bought and didn’t even get to the rice cakes. I’ll just air fry the left overs and eat all weekend.

Overall, loved the care that went into the delivery, the food took about an hour and it was still warm and definitely wasn’t soggy. Chicken 🍗 stayed true to KFC style...

Absolutely phenomenal!

To give a bit of context, I was on my way home from a long, exhausting day at work on a Saturday night. I was tired and hungry but most of all, I needed a quick drink.

When I walked into the restaurant I was swiftly greeted by a server named Leon who appeared very welcome and friendly. As she seated me down, she proceeded to ask if I was new which I promptly responded yes and she presents me the menu. She provided excellent excellent recommendations and of course I went with the Soy Glaze Fried Chicken (half) with a cold and refreshing Kirin.

Not too long after, I had received my meal with excellent timing. Before I even started to eat, Leon had provided me with gloves just in case I needed to use them as well as asking for other accommodations. I am so thankful she left the gloves for me as I was able to enjoy my meal without leaving too much of a mess. In addition the environment of the restaurant was terrific as I was able to keep up with some college basket ball with my meal. Leon was super tentative to my needs and offered refills as I continued to complete my delicious chicken.
