Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Richardson

Asked my son to stop for me while he and his girl were out for chipolte. I texted him my order and was on the phone while he read it to a Hispanic woman on the drive-thru speaker. He had to repeat it and correct her multiple times. The order was 3 PARTY TACOS 1 Beef Potato Burrito with no lettuce and no sour cream. THATS ALL! He got home and the receipt along with order was 3 regular tacos (more expensive and has tomatoes which I didn't want) 1 beef potato burrito WITH LETTUCE AND MADE ON A SOFT TACO TORTILLA WAY SMALLER THAN UT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. I called and after 7 times, someone finally said "hello" by a hispanic male and when I asked for a manager, a Hispanic woman got on the phone and stated there was no manager in today but was willing to correct the order. She kept getting it wrong and there was a black woman in the background that was yelling about our discussion and took the phone. I explained to her what happened and she said after arguing with me "Look, I'm not fixing to argue with you. You got the receipt?" Bring the receipt up here so we can replace it" So my son and girl stopped eating their chipolte to go back with the receipt to which the same black woman, Ragayna or something, argued with them about not bringing the food back.... she only said to bring the receipt! And If I was over charged in the first place and you're fixing the order without giving me a refund, why would I bring the food back.???? She argued with them, kept asking what it was and how it was supposed to be, saying she was off the clock and not her problem but said she was the district manager.... well I'll be stopping by personally tomorrow and this ain't gonna fly. I really loved Taco Bueno 10 years ago. How disappointing! This place doesn't smell of cooking food or disinfectant. It's an odd smell. They should cook some hamburger and onions just so it smells like food. The chips and crispy taco shell had a slightly bitter flavor. The meat didn't look browned, but the flavor was ok. Good salsa bar I thought, but not once did anyone clean the drips and a spoon was misding for red salsa. My table had remnants from some other meal. The guac was odd in color...very dark green. Why? I did eat most of my beef taco, guac, and chips, however, but wasnt much to it. Yep, hungry. I hope I dont get sick. Makes me sick to think of it now. One small taco and 2 tablespoons of guac cost $6. I stopped in the restroom, and the odor of urine was appalling! I thought I was in the men's, but no. Looks cleaned, but HORRIBLE SMELL!!! So my six year old asked for water cups and attempted get soda ( was he wrong yes) but he’s a child the manager loudly says to him you asked for water why are you getting MY SODA! here’s my issue don’t speak to my child in a tone that’s chastising! We had bought a drink so the money wasn’t an issue had she been like mom if he gets soda I’m need you pay for it that would of been fine!

Had she even said to him get water young man that would of been fine but the way she said it loudly 3/4 times to him was an issue!

Especially when i seen people who looked like her go and get soda and not pay she didn’t say anything turned a blind eye!

For clarification my son didn’t know where the water button was because it wasn’t a big water sign was just that tab at the bottom!

This day and age just be mindful how you talk to children that are not yours!

I had a chat with my child so don’t come questioning my parenting it’s more of how she spoke...
