This business expects you to order from your phone app unless if you're not paying with cash. They only want you to order at the register if you're paying with cash. They provide the QR code to order from your phone or from one of three tap screen menu boards (only one of the three was working) so there was a line to order from the boards, but no line at the register and the employee just stood there waiting for cash orders. It was awkward since I had to wait for the one working menu board to be available thinking it might be quicker than ordering on the app but not wantingto installanother app. Only the menu board provided exactly which ingredients were in the bowl. They have a picture menu available but no listi of ingredients. You're asked which type of rice or no rice, veggies or no veggies, etc. I found three bones in my chicken and pork bowl. That decreased my enjoyment of my food and my first time being there (the ordering system was already enough to decrease my overall satisfaction) and to decrease it further - they had Diet Coke as their only sugar free soda. I prefer Coke Zero. Their Fuze unsweetened tea was passable though. The servings were enormous. Too bad there were the bones in the chicken. Food: You have to be very confident in your food to name your business “Unbelievabowl”. The beef bowl I ordered was very delicious. It had the perfect amount to fill me up and some. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my bowl, I ask the guy at the counter (who was very nice) if it came with teriyaki sauce and he confidently replied “we put just enough sauce in the bowl itself but, if you want more we have more at the bar”. After tasting the food, he was absolutely correct. The food was very fresh, perfect flavor and perfectly cooked. The beef was really good coming from someone who is very picky when it comes to meat. The name of this place fits this place because that’s exactly what I thought when I tasted the food. 5 out of 5
Service: I can’t really put a rating on service because I only ordering online but, I will say the guy behind the counter was very nice.
Atmosphere: Once again, I ordered to-go so I can rate them on atmosphere.
Price: $10.77 wasn’t at all bad for the amount of food in the bowl.

When i called this location, he repeated several times that I should apologize for making the mistake in ordering and that the site did not direct it to the wrong location, instead it was definitely me choosing the wrong location. I asked him to just tell the Frisco manager that my order was there at richardson - but no. He berated me for my incorrect order and I hung up on him. Food is definitely good here, the attitude though - terrible to put it mildly. When my husband called after a few minutes, he yold my husband that he should go in person to apologize on my behalf.
