Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Richardson

My boyfriend and I went to Jimmy John’s last night at 8:40 PM. They close at 9 PM according to their posted hours. There were 3 people working: an older man that appeared to be a driver, a woman that was making a sandwich, and a teenage boy that I’m not sure what he was up to. Not one of them greeted us. The man and woman were busy, but we walked in right behind the boy. He saw us walking in and still managed to ignore us when he got behind the counter. We stood there for what felt like 5 minutes, never being acknowledged in a completely empty restaurant. I’m not sure that I’ve ever experienced such disrespect as a customer in my entire life. For three employees to blatantly ignore you to your face is on another level of horrible customer service. We obviously left which made the boy smirk as we walked out. The miserable vibe of that trio makes me wonder what else they don’t care about regarding safe food handling. For that reason, I don’t myself ever giving this location another shot.

Based on other reviews, this seems to be the attitude of the employees at this location. Thankfully, there are plenty of options in the immediate area, with three competing sandwich shops right...

11/26/22 Second issue in a row with this store. Charged $18.49 for food but when I arrived at 316pm signs on doors indicating they were closing at 4pm despite arrived 45 min before closing. No indications on app to indicate store was closed or doors were locked. Charged for food not served.

Store was closed inexplicably today during normal business hours. No explanation or notice to customers. Doors were locked and no personnel were inside. Find another store that respects their customers.

Additional note: I read the reviews and quite a number of the reviews indicate poor customer service issues, poor quality control, but most outrageously, how does a sandwich shop run out of bread so frequently? That's a sure sign of a poorly run business if you can't adequately plan for your anticipated business traffic. Get someone in this place who know how to run a business, please. None of the other businesses in this area seem to have...

The service here is absolutely great, not once if I've had an issue did they not take care of the issue and go above and beyond industry standards, the location is clean every time I have been to this location day or night, the food is absolutely delicious as always, tuna could use some work, but everything else is absolutely delicious, not much we can do about price because that is set by standard in this location has no say-so on price, locations very convenient if you are a local, and my goodness are they fast, shockingly, extremely fast... much faster than the majority of Delhi fast food service..... if there is anything you might get hung up on at this location is price and as I mentioned that's nothing that they can do about it at...
