Joy Donuts — Restaurant in Richardson

Disappointment. Hi, Neighbors just wanted everyone to be aware and pay more attention to the people who handles our food .This morning I went to buy my Family some Donuts on Joy Donuts on Belt Line Rd and Frances way, I used to like they’re Donuts until Today. My son took the first bite and said they were gross, that they tasted like nail chemicals, so I tasted them and they did, so I asked my Daughter to try them and she said they had a metal flavor. When I got inside they were no customers so the lady was on the back preparing the Dough for the Donuts, she came to the register and I told her why I was taking them back, she got mad and said there was nothing wrong, but gave me my money. But what got to me was that she didn’t change gloves , she used the same gloves that she was using when she was on the back , to grab the money. And then a customer got there and she used the same gloves to grab his Donut. And since I parked right in front of the shop. I saw her put the Donuts ,that I returned back on the shelf to resale.. I just want everyone to be more aware of how people give us our food. When I saw that I thought that maybe the taste was of the coins when she grabs the money ,...

I was in there a little earlier just before they closed in between 11:30 am - 12:00 noon. I was charged $20 and some change. I purchased Three small sausage rolls 1.09 x 3 = 3.27 Three small croissant rolls 1.39 x 3 = 4.17 Ham & Cheese croissant 2.99 TOTAL $10.43 before taxes 2 Cronuts rectangular shape I do not know the price of the cronuts and did not receive an itemized receipt but will be calling to ask the price of the cronuts and why was I charged so much. Everything taste great but I don't think I will be going back here. I do not like being overcharged...
