Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Richardson

I order from here all the time with my sons and I have never received the service I received today. I went through the drive thru to place my order, the young lady was having issues hearing my order after I repeated it 3 times. I asked would they just like me to pull up to window and a gentleman took over and said yes. I pulled up and from the moment he opened the window he was angry, I asked him was something wrong with the speaker and also did they have juice or bottle water with my order because I can’t drink soda. He again keep having an attitude, I told him it wasn’t no need for the attitude and I’m just asking a question. My son got scared and I let him know it’s okay baby and I’m sorry he had to see that, he then proceeded to close the window on me and walked off. I had to get out my vehicle to knock on the window and another lady finally took my order, apparently the first girl never put my order in. I pulled around and went inside because I didn’t feel comfortable not seeing my food be made, because if he is getting upset for something so small as me asking is the speaker broken because I repeated my order three times and my question about if they had juice or not should have not gotten him that upset. Me and my son came in and he proceeded to try and make his point. At that point I let him know it was over and done with. I understand people come in to work and might have a bad day but that should of never happened. I am a regular here and have never been talked to like that before. Extremely disappointed. I order from this place around 4-5 times a month and tonight will be my last. The Door dash service they use, makes them look absolutely horrible. The Dashers don't wear masks, they are really rude, and they don't care that I have clearly stated on every single order that I am physically disabled so I specifically request to have my food delivered to my door. Mind you my complex only has 3 small buildings and it's the easiest place ever to find whatever unit you would be looking for. But still.... They always call me from their car and act like they can't find my room so they expect me to go pick up my order from their warm cars where you can tell that they clearly did not take any effort in trying to locate my room. No apologies. No nothing. I spend like $70-$80 a month here and today was my last. So to the DoorDash drivers Olajumoke and Marion from last night and tonight, you just caused Little Caesar's to lose a regular customer. I highly recommend not ordering delivery from here. Just either save your money or take it to a place that cares more. I will be reaching out to my attorney tomorrow because I feel like this should be taken up in court perhaps. I'm also going to have to take a COVID19 test because the DoorDash driver that had her maskless son who doesn't work for DoorDash hand me my food, has me continuously thinking about it since last night and now I can't mentally relax now, thinking that I was possiblity exposed to the virus. So wanted to order pizza for me and the kiddos and we always order from this location, but today I guess the employees didn’t care about customer service or any type of work ethic. So ordered three pizzas for delivery and waited about 30-40 minutes for it to get picked up and delivered and got notified that the driver was almost close. The driver gets to the house but with only one box, so I asked where the other two were he never got the others. So I called the store and got put on hold for more than ten minutes so hung up and then called back and finally got an employee and told them everything that happened and he said our other two boxes where still there but that I had to come to the store and get them. I got my kids in the car and drove to the store and picked up the other two pizzas and asked if I would get refunded the delivery charge and the employee said I would have to contact the DoorDash customer service but I ordered from the little Caesar’s app. So he told me to call the customer service number off the app, so I did call and talked to the guy and told him everything and all he told me was that he could only refund me the tip, which is ridiculous cause my order was $23 but then allllllll the fees get tacked on and it became $36.38.
