It is smaller than typical BN, but way better!! Whoever arranged and decorated this store, they did an amazing job. The smell of the books once I came in, the labyrinth layout, the display and the lighting. So cozy and inviting, reminded me of how wonderful the feeling of browsing books in person, compare to just buying them online. I can spend hours in here. It is true that you will probably get more variety on Amaz*n; or get so much cheaper stuff for other non-books items at the China-based online store. But occasionally I want to buy from them as a thank you for making such a cozy place for book lovers. I want the bookstore like this to thrive, I want them to stay in business. the staff here are so friendly and helpful!! my sister and i came looking for calico critters and didn't see any and were about to walk out. we decided to ask for help and they showed us where it was and offered to get any from the back if we needed. then at checkout, the girl told us we get a free gift with our purchase. it was a calico critter furniture set! then they told us if we split the purchase we can get 2 free sets. one for me and one for my sister. so customer service was phenomenal and...
