Starbucks — Restaurant in Richardson

This Starbucks is a total scam. The manager lied to me and said light ice is not extra since they only put extra milk into the drink when clearly on the receipt it says an extra $0.75.

Water is also an extra dollar which they also failed to mention was extra. They need to clearly disclaim to customers if they're going to charge extra for this since 99% of other Starbucks locations (including other licensed locations) do not charge extra for water and less ice. Interestedly, I went back today thinking I could get a free iced water only for them to tell me it was extra. Maybe they are just incompetent.

The cafe is chaotic, staff is inept and unprofessional, and they managed to run out of ingredients?? (first day of school they were out of a type of milk - I don't remember the exact type).

Thank god I was able to get a full refund by calling...

Incredible they had 10 workers, 5 of whom were just standing around chatting and scoffing at customers. One person was training another on frappucinos. Took 20 min to get my Frappuccino. There were only 3 ahead of me. 2 cashiers and one person on espressos. Just insanely poor management. They also to give the Frappuccino to you before half of it is runny. Possibly the worst run Starbucks I've ever...

For context, I had to wait 20 minutes in line, just to get to the register to order because there is only one register open. Once I get to the register, I wanted to get a gift card for my friend's birthday. As soon as I asked them that, no one knew how to add money to a simple gift card. Not even the manager. Safe to say I will never come...
