Starbucks!!!! Please take all of your managers out and retrain them!!!! You cannot feel a paper cup to the rim!!!!! There should be at least a millimeter of space between the lid and the cup!!!!! Thanks for the burn to my lap and hand!!!!! Why is this a problem with Starbucks???

That was 6 months ago and the problem still occurs. I think they're failing to realize that it's a paper cup. It's sad when you have to make your way out of traffic to pull over on the side of the road because your coffee spilling everywhere. I wanted to use the remaining balance on my gift card and pay the remainder on my credit card because I RARELY visit Starbucks. My friend always picks it up for me and this time he sent a picture of a drink filled in a venti cup HALFWAY.
