Starbucks — Restaurant in Richardson

Starbucks!!!! Please take all of your managers out and retrain them!!!! You cannot feel a paper cup to the rim!!!!! There should be at least a millimeter of space between the lid and the cup!!!!! Thanks for the burn to my lap and hand!!!!! Why is this a problem with Starbucks???

That was 6 months ago and the problem still occurs. I think they're failing to realize that it's a paper cup. It's sad when you have to make your way out of traffic to pull over on the side of the road because your coffee spilling everywhere. I thought I was going to have a normal interaction because I never had a problem like this at any other Starbucks. I guess that's where the saying "expect the unexpected" comes from. I wanted to use the remaining balance on my gift card and pay the remainder on my credit card because I RARELY visit Starbucks. I showed my gift card to the barista I believe her name was Mashal, and she told me to go ahead and pay. I was charged the FULL amount on my credit card. I’ve been ordering at this location multiple times over the week and I have ordered the same drink every time. My friend always picks it up for me and this time he sent a picture of a drink filled in a venti cup HALFWAY. When my friend asked them it was because I “didn’t get extra oatmilk and that it’s extra and if i wanted more I should’ve gotten a grande” (MY DRINK I ORDERED IS LITERALLY BIGGER THAN A GRANDE) but I have ordered it the same literally yesterday, and it was filled completely and everything was done right.
