I wish I had read this before I went. This lady should not be in customer service. I asked for extra pickles on my sandwich. She put 3. When I asked again, she said we're only allowed to put 3 pickles on a sandwich. I asked when that policy started because I've been getting my exact sandwich the exact same way for 10 years. She said, "This is my store, I'm the boss, I make the rules!" So I told her I always get extra pickles and started going, "I'm glad you told me, they're not supposed to give more than 3 pickles and they know it. I'm going to have to get on them again." and I cut her off saying that this was my first time in this store. She then told me she owns 5 stores and they all are told not to give more than 3 pickles. She then stated how Subway doesn't charge extra for veggies, but they can't be wasting them. I should've just walked out, but I was short on my lunch break and had to get back to work. Read moreWORST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE! I ordered two foot long subs on the app for the pick-up but one was not available and I got a call from restaurant about the unavailability. They told me to cancel my order from the app but there was no option. I went to the restaurant for help but I didn’t receive any support or help. They didn’t cancel my order or refunded my money. I have paid for it and I didn’t receive my meal or refund. The employee there was so rude and was stuck on "I am not the manager, I am unable to help". I asked them to call the manager and they said "No". They asked to write down the details like my name, contact number and order number so that they can refund the money once the manager comes. I haven't received the call or the refund! The employee also gave me store manager number and their own number but when I called the store manager, they said it is the wrong number and the employee is obviously not picking the call. The store does not have a "working phone" and hence I am stuck here, with no money, no food and no way to contact them...

The other was Custer and Renner. Why do owners get away with this? It's theft and is not okay. Its literally tip theft. I did tip the person in cash this last time.
