This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long long time that made the same mistake over multiple times. And this is while a manager is on shift helping with my order. I had a coupon that came in the mail with some great coupons One was by one single and hamburger and get another one free and then it also has a coupon within that same packet but make any purchase and get free fries along with another coupon for free frosty. They would only let me use one coupon, the hamburger, so I had to pay for my fries and a frosty. I made a purchase for my buy one hamburger get one free, and the concept of coupon and anybody going to buy dinner would like to fries. I have never had this problem at any Wendy's except this store I've had problems here many times but not to the magnitude as I did this evening. I go to the drive-thru and I order two hamburgers the way I want them one a special way and the other another way and I have I've told them many times no cheese whatsoever on any of these hamburgers it's not that hard one hamburger with everything on it only mustard the other hamburger no lettuce no pickle and with mayonnaise. I had to go through the drive-thru two more times to get it corrected and then had to finally walk in to the dining hall to have the manager fix it that prepared it and wait in line when they saw me and knew I came through the drive-thru and still wouldn't help me. During all of this commotion the guy that originally took my order at the drive-thru was not very bright and I'm not knocking him for that but you would think as a manager you could put them in a different role within the restaurant. Because he had to come out and ask me two times now how did you want these hamburgers? It's not rocket science! So the first time I had to go through because they made these hamburgers wrong and by the way they made them all cheeseburgers almost every time. They kept taking them back, most faster joints when they mess up an order they let you keep it because I was going to feed it to my dogs lol. So they can have an extra treat. But no they kept them and so on my last occasion of having to finally go into the restaurant she tried to take the bag for me again that they messed up on I said no that I want to give it to my dogs and snatched it out of your hand. It was finally right but it took for the manager to turn the register monitor around and had me visually inspect the order! And then she finally kicked in a free fry woohoo! And nowhere during that conversation with the manager in the end did she seem remorseful or apologetic. And in fact she's actually the same manager at the same store six months back that actually argued with me telling me I was wrong on something but that's a whole...

There were about 6 employees that I could see from the counter (maybe more in the back). They were either concentrating mostly on the drive-thru window orders or talking to each other / doing nothing. One girl was taking the dining room counter orders. She would take one order then wait until that order was filled before taking any other orders - meaning there was a lot of unnecessary waiting before you could get your order taken and pay for it. It was mostly only her doing all the work in filling, completing each counter order. Sometimes another worker would come and look at the orders on the screen. It looked like both the counter worker and the other one had a hard time reading, figuring out what was needed on filling the orders.
1 guy customer left without ordering. 2 women were waiting to place an order while I was waiting a long time for mine to be filled. The 3 of us looked at each other and I could see that they were thinking the same thing that I was thinking - service too slow and uncaring workers doing nothing.
At one point, the ones talking were shooing a huge fly away. Well, they shooed it into the dining room. That made me uneasy because, for some unknown reason, they left the lid off of my salad. I quickly grabbed that tray and put the lid on myself and then came back for the other food and drinks. They hadn't even done the drinks yet and I had to remind the counter girl of what one of the drinks was because she seemed to be having trouble reading what was on the order screen.
The only good part of the experience, worth the lonely 1 star rating was that the food was good. Next time, I'll only use the drive thru. While I can understand that the drive thru is a priority over the counter, they had enough workers there that could've actually done some work and helped speed things up with the counter ordering and filling...
Read moreMy son and I ordered 2 ranch asiago chicken sandwiches 2 value fries and chocolate chip cookie in drive thru Saturday 2/9/19 at 840ish pm. Once we made it to the drive thru window we told the so called unprofessional mgr we had a app coupon for the chicken sandwich. OMG all hell broke out the rude mgr. kept telling the cook in the back (yelling) take everything off just take off the cheese. This was said three times in a rude way. So my son ask the rude unprofessional mgr. so you took everything off and the cheese. His response was yeah you can't use that asiago chicken sandwich on the app. He was so rude! Oh to add He never asked for certain amount we can add cheese on the sandwich for a dollar or two more he just had a I don't give a f... attitude. I did call this rude mgr. when I got home to let him know I will be calling corporate he still didn't care never apologized. Where did you get this low life inconsiderate mgr. from?? He needs training on customer service skills. Because he is no mgr. for Wendy's he makes the place look bad. I will be getting his name to report him. Again offer extra toppings for a price and dont be so mean and bitter to your customers. without us (customers) your restaurant will be nothing! And with a lowlife like that your reviews will not be good. He will do it again and next time he will be video...
