The service on 10/25 was a JOKE. Unapologetic, dude didn’t care, didn’t help or offer any solutions at all. The cashier saw my order saw that the ap was glitching and he SAW that the money came out of my apple wallet. All he could say was “I can’t make the sandwiches” He said he can’t make the sandwich unless the order comes through the register- you throw tons of food away- you’re not going to come up short LOL. The person who owns this business- if you think the ap is sending orders to a different store- do your job and work it out with the other store. I’d be embarrassed if I owned this store. Your inability to work this out on your own is lazy. I don’t work at subway it’s not my job to sort out your customer service issues. If I paid for my food and ordered it from your store- then you MAKE THE FOOD. This embarrassing. And your cashier said he sent four other people to get their food from a location that they didn’t order from. JOKE WHAT A JOKE.
Complained to my friends and it turns out nobody comes there anymore because of this trash and if they order in person it takes forever because your workers move in slow motion.
Also I tolerated my food being made incorrectly missing toppings, skimping on toppings, literally skipping the sauce and not telling me they were out and offering a different option...

Frowning Hispanic lady seemed to be mad I was there. Had to repeat ingredients multiple times and wait for her to try and translate in her head before reaching for things. Didn’t apply ingredients - especially meat - vaguely close to evenly, burnt the hell out of the ham by leaving it in the toaster too long. Chips, a regular drink, and a burnt carelessly thrown together sandwich cost $11.
I still think “$5 foot long” because it was effective marketing but oh boy, $11 six inch spite sandwich” should be the 2024 campaign from...
Read moreI went there once and the employee Byron she was very rude asked her about the specials and she replied: can't you read? I called customer care they said they called me back, of course they never did. I decided to give it a try once again same employee rude and disrespectful in front of other clients I called customer care they didn't do anything all I wanted was to get my lunch, instead I wasted my 30 minutes lunch and went without eating the whole day thanks subway ! That's the only place I could go (walking distance) now I have to drive 10 minutes drive and 10minutes back and 10 minutes to have lunch.......
