I hope the owner of the restaurant takes time to read what customer think about the food. ( Food) I ordered the 7 seas soup, it tasted horrible the soup had to much salt and the seafood tasted old and bitter. (Server: Meinardo ) when I make a comment to the server, he was so rude and unprofessional, I got a really bad service from him after I said my comment, I told not to worry because I was going pay my bill anyways, even though I didn't eat much of it. (Kitchen Manager: Genaro) And then they called the kitchen manager, Genaro. He apologized for the inconvenience, he tried to fixed the situation but I already had paid for the food. He was so nice and reasonable, He is a really excellent manager despite the bad experience with the food.

Read moreMe and my boyfriend were having a blast at Los Sanchez until the waitress named karolina charged us for the wrong table check, giving us no break down summary of all we consume or the prices being charged for, but only given a total on a check. So we then tell her that we believed she charges us for the wrong check. She then goes and checks and apologizes. She then charged us for another check she ounce again gives us no summary break down of all that was consume, but only a total which still didn’t add up. So I then asked to speak to a manager, who was named Maria. I then ask Maria to give me my receipt with the total break down of what was consume. I get it and I immediately see the waiter over charge us for something we didn’t consume, so the manager voids the first check, giving us a piece of paper with no total amount, that only said void and no new check with the corrections made. The waitress then give us some cash back for one of the items she over charged us for, but the total we consume still didn’t add up, and we still didn’t have the total break down of the final receipt. So we left still being over charged and with the manager not doing much about the situation. Then the moment we get up to leave, a lady who over heard our situation tells us that this restaurant is very well known for wanting to overcharge people. Cuando abrió por primera vez hace algunos años, ¡fue genial, por supuesto! como todo restaurante tenían buena comida, buenas porciones y muy buenos precios, sin mencionar que era un verdadero AMBIENTE FAMILIAR. Quieren quedar bien ante el público, conseguir un gran número de clientes, etc. Avance Ahora, el servicio al cliente apesta. Los servidores nunca conocen el menú, tardan mucho en tomar el pedido o registrarse para ver si se necesita algo en nuestra mesa. La comida llega tarde y fría y le faltan partes. ¡Anuncian cosas en el menú pero luego dicen que no está incluido y cuando pides que es extra! Cobran de más (¿la inflación? ¡Ay Sí, claro! LA inflacion No tiene nada que ver!!). La comida es tan mala, sin condimentos en nada. No tiene sabor Nada es fresco!!! puedes probar lo que es de una lata o bolsa (tu saves porque lo sabes!) Pedí una comida para niños del menú para niños: ¡mi hijo tiene 1 año en ningún momento me dijeron que los frijoles estaban PICANTES! Veia a mi hijo hacer expresiones faciales, ¡pero nunca esperábamos que la comida de un niño estuviera picante! Por supuesto, sabía que algo andaba mal y los probé: ¡PICANTE ESTABA LA COMIDA! Luego, sobre todo el mal servicio y la experiencia, y quieren propinas. Era la tercera vez que comía en este establecimiento en mi vida. Está claro que al propietario no le importa más que ganar dinero. Gana dinero teniendo "Música en Vivo" creando un ambiente no familiar. NO ES UN CLUB ES UN RESTAURANTE, ¿por qué querrías convertirlo en un club? OH claro el DINERO esta en las bebidas alcolicas.
GENTE BORRACHA = no pueden saborear la horrible comida que se sirve. No se moleste en gastar su dinero aquí o en cualquiera de los lugares. ¡HAS SIDO ADVERTIDO, te sentirás decepcionado y arrepentido!

This is a horrible place! People should be honest about their reviews. When it first opened some years ago, it was great, of course! as any restaurant they had good food, good portions and great prices, not to mention it was an actual FAMILY ENVIORNMENT. They want to look good to the public get a high number of costumers and so on. Fast forward now, their costumer service sucks. The servers never know the menu, they take so long to take the order or check in to see if anything is needed at our table. Food comes late and cold with missing parts to it. They advertise things on the menu but then say it is not included when you order that its extra! They over charge- (inflation? yeah right! has nothing to do with inflation). The food is so bland, no seasoning on anything. Nothing is fresh!!! you can taste what's from a can or bag( come on when you know you know!) I ordered a kids meal from the kids menu-my child is 1 at no moment was I told that the beans were SPICY!!!! I would see my child make facial expressions but we just never expected a child's meal to have spice in it!!! I of course knew something was wrong and tasted them- SPICY!! Then above all the bad service and experience they want tips. This was my 3rd time eating at this establishment in my life. Clearly the owner does not care but to make money. Make money by having " Live Music" creating a non family environment. ITS NOT A CLUB ITS A RESTURAUNT, why would you want to turn it into a club? OH yeah MONEY in drinks.
