I used to order from here. I only ended up ordering three times before I had THE WORST experience I've ever had in delivery. I submitted an order online and then went back and used some coupons and when I finished my order I realized that it had cancelled the delivery option and made it carryout so I called the store to see if I could get that fixed and have my order delivered, a simple fix (or so I thought...)
The guy who answered the phone looked up my order and told me that I couldn't use two coupons on one order, which I was unaware of and he was a little bit rude so I asked if I could talk to a manager and he told me he was a manager and I asked if anyone above him was there and he said no. So I asked him to cancel my order since he was being rude and he hung up on me.
Since I work in customer service I was naturally shocked at this behavior so I called the store back. The same worker answered the phone and then put me on hold. A different person answered and proceeded to SCREAM at me telling me that I was a terrible person for trying to use two coupons and that I "knew it wasn't allowed" and that he hated people like me and by this time I was not at all upset about the two coupons thing I was upset that I had been treated so badly. I was not at all raising my voice to either of these workers And I kept trying to explain why I was upset and he kept screaming at me that he knew why I was upset and that he didn't care because he hated people like me and that I was a terrible customer when I had ordered (without any complaint I might add) three times in the last week from their store and spent more than $30 each time. I kept asking him why he was being so rude and he said it was because he didn't care, he didn't want customers like me ordering from them at all.
I cannot emphasize enough how calm I was through all of this, I tried and tried to be nice to them and explain why I was upset and they refused to listen to me. They said that the owner wouldn't care that they were so rude.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I kept ordering from there was because there was one delivery driver who was super nice when he delivered my food. So I tried to give this place a chance but it's really not worth it. Please do not order from here and please do not support a business that condones that kind of behavior in the customer...
Read moreBack to stomping around in the old Ground (MINNEAPOLIS) ! You know me! Back in the cradle for another secret conference! I was so excited to visit the city of Brotherly Love in a mostly Professional Setting. After all these years I had no idea I was so LIMITED.
So let's cut to the chase, I was staying in a quite a cozy little sweet here in ht eh HIlton Minneapolis-St. Paul Aiport Hotel and Inns. One hotel and two innes, how crazy is that? Feeling quite famished after a long day of cases, I decided to order inne (?!?!) from my favorite ole' Haunt and Grub HUB American Pie! Used to always love their 1 for 2 Rib DEALS when I lived off of Lake and Streets!
unfortunately, this experience was not the indulgence into my golden years as I had hoped. I had moved away and so had American Pies talent. I ordered a large 12 INCH PEPPERONI, SAUSAGE, and GREEN ONION pizza with a small order of steak bites on Monday May 5th at 11:52 PM. Brittany the very kind young woman took my order to the correct specs... (no mistakes). I then wearily hung up on the call, sat down, and waited for my American Pie. Ones again I will be patient.
Come 1:32 I finally am seeing what looks to be my delivery pulling up. I kindly let the leathery driver into my hotel room to display the pizza. We go up to my room and I realized I have no cash for a tip!!! I inform Mr. Pie of my situation and his breathing started to quicken! I was getting really afraid and then he said "how about those heart pills on your dresser? Hand those over and I'd say we're square." At this point I am afraid for my life because I have many stalkers and. Before i can make any reaction to this invasion of my privacy, the driver dashed off with the pill bottles and $57.98 in cash off the desk.
Overall the pizza was not good after all. I hate to make such a big fuss and story about this experience but it was just so strange, you know? To the lovely women who owns this 612 pillar of pizza (POP, if you ask me) please have the driver working that night return the heart pills i...
Read moreThe person I spoke with was Jodi. She begged me for months to help her get the exterior sign working, and I tried to avoid it but decided to try to help a local business out. I, in good faith, went and got 1 of the 2 signs working and then asked for just enough to cover my expenses, which was $150.00. Jodi stated that she didn't have the money to pay me. This is from a business that has 3 delivery drivers running non-stop and tons of foot traffic. I knew I was being lied to and honestly didn't care about the trival amount of money. I just wanted to cover my expenses. Either way, I didn't get paid and just left. Then Jodi contacts me and says they will have payment in an envelope waiting for me after 4 pm the following day. In good faith yet again, I show up in a snowstorm the following day only to be greeted with, " Are you ok, Kevin?" Apparently, wanting to be compensated for my time means there is something wrong with me. Then, there was a demand for an invoice. The way we met was I was doing general maintenance for another business, so I was not a sign company. When she initially asked me to help, I in no way led her to believe I had a sign company, nor did I work for a sign company. None the less, I said ok and started making out an invoice for her on my phone, and as soon as she saw that I actually could provide her an invoice, she demanded a paper copy. At this point I knew she was yet again being dishonest so I simply said "keep your money, you had no intentions of paying me anyhow and you have wasted far too much of my time already". This person is literally the most dishonest person I have ever met. She literally sullied the name of the business over a petty $150.00. Literally, there, no words can describe how much of a bad business...
