Barrel Junction — Restaurant in Richland Township

If I could give this establishment a 0 I would.. do not order online.. We have never ordered here before until today. I ordered food from the Gibsonia location to pick up on my way home from work.. I got there to pick it up gave them my name server already seemed like she an attitude issue.. came back told me my order isn’t there I told her I definitely ordered it it would have been about a 70 dollar order and it was already paid online after rolling her eyes and being rude and argumentative.. she called another location apparently it was there I did not order it from there. I was not driving 15 mins in the opposite direction when home is 35 in the other direction.. when I told her this she was rude snippy and yelling about how it’s not her fault when I never said it was.. I called the other location to let them know that the system glitched and that I could not come there to get it it’s to far in the opposite direction and I would just prefer a refund she was also rude I was on hold for a while she came back to the phone and said they are not refunding it and I can just come get it.. I did not go get it.. why would I drive that far to pick up soggy nachos and soggy sandwiches by the time I would have gotten the fools home it would have been cold and gross.. HOW IS IT MY FAULT THEIR WEBSITE DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY.. I assure you I’m pretty tech savvy and I know that I did in fact order from Gibsonia it is not rocket science. So my first impression of this place is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ALL FRONTS AT BOTH LOCATIONS. SERVERS WERE OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE AND SHOULDNT HAVE JOBS WORKING IN THE PUBLIC IF ONE ERROR RESULTS IN TANTRUMS AND STOMPING AWAY… crappy part is I was excited to try there the food looked great on the menu wish I would have actually got to eat mine and have a better experience. Me and my wife & mother in law went there today for the BBQ sandwich we usually liked. My wife & mother in law both enjoyed their BBQ brisket sandwich. I got the BBQ basket with chicken, Brisket & sausage. Let me say that I’m a professional chef for 25 yrs. The sausage I got was partially RAW. I told the waitress about it & said let me take it to the back to show the Chef. He came out and asked what was wrong and I told him and showed him it was RAW. He told me it’s not RAW it was smoked. I said no it’s RAW. He then tried to offer me something else and said no thank you. He was very Cocky & disrespectful. So then the waitress chimed in saying the sausage was not RAW. She then became Cocky as well. Needless to say we won’t be going back. Not because of the food. The sausage could have been fixed. It was both of their attitudes. I don’t care if the meal was perfect. If the customer tells you there was something wrong with their meal you would normally say Sorry. Not here!! I never leave reviews for restaurants.. but had to after tonight. Our waitress was high. Hardly could keep her eyes open. Messed my order up. I asked for a strawberry salad without onions. The chicken is dark meat which I feel like should have been specified in the menu. It literally looks like they took a rotisserie chicken and broke the meat apart.Everyone else liked their meals. Garlic fries are great. Just really annoyed by waitress I wish so badly I could take a video so you all could see. I’m not being dramatic she’s nodding in and out like she just shot up. Had to go up to bar and flag someone down to get our bill. But the thing that really bothered me is that when she brought our change she shorted me and my friend. My change should have been $6.03 and she brought me $6. My friend wasn’t given her .16 cents. Obviously we didn’t say anything because it’s only a couple cents but it’s just the principle of it.
