Girl with black hair and bill ring in her nose was insulting and demeaning to me and other customers! I told her that I had to point to the product I needed because I didn’t know the name. She actually stayed behind a distant counter away from the product I wanted and refused to move, saying that “I prefer that you use your words, sir”. This actually happened! She repeated her pre-school instruction to me regarding”using my words” as I walked across the store, pointed at the product I needed and said “that one there in the middle”. Since it was behind the counter, she again asked me to “use my words”…but I couldn’t read the label from 10 feet away so I continued to say “that one- I can’t read the label from her, but can you please help me?

The arrogant young lady angrily grabbed the product from the wall hanger, and acting like she didn’t just insult me, took me to the register and acted like nothing just occurred- that she didn’t just humiliate me in front of an entire store of customers.

I will never go there again, because it is plain that they view customers as “problems that they have to overcome.

I am 45 yrs old and have never been treated so badly by a vendor who I was trying to give my hard-earned money to!

If they go out of business, they should not be confused as to why- your competition 1 mile down the road actually respects their customers and doesn’t insult them when they ask for help. Super disappointed 😞 The employees are super nice and helpful but the store hours are very confusing. Ive come to the store several times during the week or weekend and its closed. I definitely understand being short staffed but the store owner should possibly have some form of communication with the world to let us know what's up with the hours. Its pretty annoying to head to your favorite store only to see its closed for the entire day without ANY notice at all. Love this store but not the way its being run. These people are thieves and liars who sell cheap Chinese junk products and don't warranty them. I bought a vape pen battery there, took it home and charged it, and it was defective and didn't work. I went back to the store the very next day aftework to exchange it they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to deal directly with the factory for a warranty replacement and refused to exchange the battery or refund my money less than 14 hours after I purchased the item that was defective from the start.
