I ate at this Taco Bell a couple days ago, and there were 2 people working there. i had to wait probably 10-20 minutes for my food. Which normally, I'd overlook. The problem I have with this particular instance, however, is that I overheard the girl at the register explaining to someone else that most of their staff is these teenage boys who just don't show up for work, or show up whenever they feel like it, or even worse, they make a pact to all not show up. This angers me for many reasons. Something should be done about this. What's worse is, i'm almost positive I have food poisoning from eating there. My symptoms started about 12 hours after I ate there, and have been ongoing for the past 2 days. I imagine that if the majority of their staff cares so little about their job, that food safety and handling procedures are not being followed. Either way, I will NEVER eat at that Taco Bell again. I have eaten there in the past, by the way, and never had a problem until this time. I don't know what is going on, but it sounds like there are some SERIOUS staffing issues that NEED...
Read moreI realize Taco Bell (tb) is not a 5 star restaurant and I don't have high standards for my fast food, however I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at this location. Having been to over 30 different tbs, I order the same thing at each Tb I go to so I am very familiar with the menu and consistency of the products. That being said:
A man with long yellow fingernails took my order and placed my cup face lip-side down on the counter when I was less then two feet away from him. My wife ordered a small drink and 3/4 drinks she chose from the fountain were watery as if the drink syrups were neglected to be replaced.
I don't expect five star dining at a fast food restaurant, but I expect employees taking your order to be well groomed and for drinks they charge you for to be available.
I will give this business 1 more chance. But in the short term I would drive 35 minutes out of my way for a good Tb that encourages grooming and well...
Read moreWaited 45 minutes for my food, and the only reason I got it is because I had to said something after several people got food that ordered after me. Watched them mess up another person's order. I watched him grab a bag in the back and see what was inside. Then threw it away. I guess it was mine. Some idiot back there gave it out the drive-thru. The guy came in and said they gave him the wrong order. NOT ONE of them thought that that maybe someone else either got the wrong order or maybe someone is missing an entire order. Your staff sucks. No apology, no explanation, manager did nothing. Didn't even see why it got messed up. Maybe play them $20 an hour, and they will remember to give the customer the food...
