I will never go back to this place. We went in on 8/6/18 around 9:00 p.m. I would admit that we took a little longer in the order line then we probably should be but we were pretty unfamiliar with their menu. The young lady behind the counter started was impatient and became visually irritated by us asking questions.

Once we placed our order. We set and waited for our food. We ended up waiting 16 minutes and seen two other customers order after us and receive their food before us. After about ten minutes it became clear that the crew was more interested in playing around then doing their job. After the same young lady brought us our food and was walking away, she through her hands up with the peace sign and said peace out and returned to messing around with the other crew members.

Our food was looked nasty. The fries was old and greasy. The cheese curds was burnt to a crisp. We did not even open our burgers. By this point we were done with this place. We went and asked for our money back. The shift manager was unapologetic for our bad experience. She even admitted that our bad experience was because they are within an hour of closing and the crew was ready to get off work.

With both my wife and I, in the food service industry I would never allow my crew to act this way. It was way unprofessional. Would not recommend this...

I'd give no stars if possible. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a burger and fries. After paying, the guy asked if I could park in the parking lot, no cars behind me, and just a few people in the lobby. I said, "No, I'll just wait right here. There's no one behind me, then he got a serious attitude with me, and all the employees walked by the window mad dogging me. The reason why they want you to pull out of the drive thru is because it makes it look like they serve food faster than they do, DO NOT PULL FOWARD. This is fast food. They should thrive harder to be more efficient, not cheat the time by making you move. He was more worried about arguing with me than making my food. I got a refund and when else where, i felt that it wasnt worth spending my money thereand also felt, that if i did get my food, it would have been messed with and wasnt going to eat it anyhow. It is absolutely rude to argue with the customer. In previous visits,thee food has sucked too, always cold and the prices are higher than I paid down the street. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO...

Is there a possibility could this place 0 stars or a minus for the customer service here is horrible every time I go here I honestly don't know why I go back probably because some of the times the food isn't that bad for fast food but it's not fast food at all you want six cheeseburgers expect to wait at least 30 minutes you want chicken go somewhere else they're not going to have it they never have half their food don't ever go there past 5 they probably won't even walk up to the counter to greet you soon as you walk in they never their soda machines working they're literally out of something every time you go there or you wait half of your life just to get your food the expression you get what you pay for is definitely this place but you actually pay more and get less.
