Where whole foods meets cafe. This place has the best ingredients I've ever come across in any deli/cafe style restaurant. Very elegant, super clean and ridiculously tasty! They have 5 unique inhouse lemonades that are extremely popular by the looks of it, and the over all experience is very satisfying. Fresh bread, fresh produce, quality is second to none. The prices are a bit on the steeper end for the average consumer looking for a quick meal, but this is an exceptional example of quality over quantity. Definitely worth it!
If you have never been here before, it may be a bit confusing and intimidating of you don't know how to navigate about ordering and what not (speaking from experience). Just ask an attendant politely and they'll happily guide you through as they typically give you a calling coaster and take the food to your table. As for the drinks, the attendants don't give them to you as they would in most restaurants, instead you grab your own (which can be confusing for some people unfamiliar with this). Lastly, DON'T THROW YOUR DISHES AWAY. They have plates and silverware that are not meant to be thrown away. Instead, clean your table, dispose of the garbage and leave you dishes in the tub where they will later clean it. Proper etiquette is very much appreciated and should be practiced as courtesy to the establishment. I hope newcomers find this helpful and that you enjoy this place as...
Read moreThis was a drive through experience. Had no idea what to expect, but I was craving cinnamon rolls and Google said Panera had them. I ordered a straight up cinnamon roll and a lemonade, and then noticed the cinna-sausage scramble and threw that in, too. It took several minutes for the food to come up after I paid (maybe 3-4 minutes?). They didn't have me pull around, I just waited at the window. Really, really wanted to dig in immediately, but I controlled myself until I got home. The regular cinnamon roll was cold so I popped that in the fridge while I checked out the scramble. That is a seriously good breakfast sandwich! With scrambled eggs folded on top of a sausage patty, it might have had cheese or something else too. The ultimate brilliance was the bun/bread was 2 slices of warm cinnamon roll. Wowowza good! I'm not sure it's a good thing I've discovered this. It's big, so I had half for breakfast and nibbled the other half all morning long. Later in the afternoon, I warmed the regular cinnamon roll in the microwave for 30 seconds and it was perfectly melty and cut easily. Put myself in a sugar coma for the rest of the day. The lemonade was good, but I didn't get around to...
Read moreWell, they are consistent here. Consistent at getting your orders WRONG! So sick and tired of this place getting our orders wrong. If you ask for extra of something, they must think you don't want any at all. They can't even get the bread halves facing the right way! Sometimes things are just thrown together like they had their eyes closed when they made it. It is also very expensive... Yet we keep going back! Why?? Today was the second order in a row with the same exact issues with the same exact order. I can deal with the prices, but we literally have 3/5 orders wrong in some way, shape or form. Everything from missing sandwiches, missing ingredients, incorrect orders even when the "quality control" sticker is checked off. We've tried complaining to managers as well as told the order taker in the drive thru to make sure the order is correct because we have a history of mistakes. Next step is to hold up the drive through and unwrap and disassemble everything. When you spend a premium, it could at least be the way you ordered it! On a positive note, the soup is always hot and good. Next time, save your money and frustration and go to Firehouse...
