Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Richland

My coworker and I went through the drive thru around 1:30 p.m. today. The girl was slightly rude taking my order, which was two of the $7 meals, so I thought well no biggie, she is probably tired. Then we get to the window. She handed me two bags and said have a good day, closing the window. I said we had drinks also. She hands me the drinks and starts closing it again. I said we also had two sundaes. At this point, she is getting angry and extremely nasty acting. She hands me one and precedes to slam the window while I'm saying that we had two. So she does the whole straight up body posture pose to her coworker, like she is having to control herself against me. I was not at all rude. I work with the public also and go out of my way to be friendly and understanding. So then she hands me one more and slams the window shut. No spoon, no thanks for telling her how to complete the entire order, just a slammed window. I will NOT be back. I was told by numerous people that this place has the rudest employees. I tried it anyway. Never again. I see exactly why there is never a line. Also, the food was disgusting. And because the windows are tinted completely black and my debit card was kept until my food was handed out, now I'm feeling like I need to keep an eye on my account balance with employees like that. I’m from Texas and I went into your Dairy Queen at Richland Mississippi order the chicken basket but they was out of chicken .so we ordered hamburger bacon cheeseburger basket and that was the nastiest cheeseburger I ever saw and looked terrible I have a picture of it I will put on here the service that y’all had in that store was a terrible service I ever saw in my life ,the lady that waited on us did not know what she was doing the cook in back there did not even have a idea how to cook we waited on our food for I know an hour .it was a couple there the ordered way. Before we did and was still waiting an hour before we did that Dairy Queen at Richland Mississippi was the worst service I ever had I will never go back there again my aunt spent $31 on our dinner that night and it was not worth it my niece got a bacon cheeseburger and then they forgot to put the bacon on it had to take it back and then it was about 20 minutes before they brought her burger back I don’t like to send food back because I’ve saw too many people that would spit on your food or something else so I was afraid to even send her food back cause I don’t know what they would’ve did to It. so Dairy Queen at Richland Mississippi needs to up up their game. I did not recommend for anyone...

Went here today (9/26/18) around 1 PM. Ordered the chicken tender box as well as other items for passengers in my car. I told the employee at the intercom that I need one of our three drinks to be a water (I cannot drink soda). I also told them I needed barbecue sauce and ketchup packs. I got home with everything and there were no barbecue sauce or ketchup packs at all and all three of our drinks were coke! I thought “Fine, I’ll just drink some water at home and I’ll just use our ketchup. I don’t really need barbecue although it would have been nice to have!” I proceeded to eat my meal and I immediately could tell something was wrong. My French Fries were undercooked and not good at all, my tenders were rubber, and my vanilla ice cream tasted bland and awful. I literally have been back and forth to the bathroom all day throwing up and having to use the restroom all day. This kind of quality of food and service is ridiculous! I almost never eat Dairy Queen but had to today because everywhere else was slammed packed. This is why I don’t eat here! Be careful everyone. I do not want this happening to...
