Whataburger — Restaurant in Richland

The WORST service I've ever had at a What A Burger. Extremely slow, was in drive through line with only 3 cars ahead of me for at least 30 minutes and one of them had already ordered and was waiting on their food. The works are rude and have no manors. They have no sense of urgency and definitely no common sense. I shouldn't have to sit on a drive through line for 30 + minutes especially when it wasn't even a peak time. They weren't even busy besides us in the drive through. And every car that pulled up to get their food sat there for about 10 minutes waiting. And guess what, the food wasn't even fresh! When I was handed my drink I had to ask them to wipe off the cups because soda was all over the outside of them, I also had to ask for napkins because they we're given in the bags, AND I had to ask for ketchup instead of them offering which is normally what they are supposed to do. All while this is happening getting no response back from the window worker. They didn't say a word the whole time. This is without a doubt the worst and slowest I've been to. I recommend staying away unless your used to this place sucking with their service or you really just don't care about...

This place was a joke 45mins to get our food nobody wanted to clean the tables 5 employees were just on there phones after I asked for a towel to clean the table one of the employees said she was in break and there was a man sleeping in the booth behind us when you dont train your staff you will go down doesn't matter that folks who have been on vacation are looking for a spot to stop and eat and stretch the more that know NOT to stop there will effect you the only reason I did a 1 star is because of one young man who brought us our food said he was sorry and he didn't want to make anyone mad there by telling the crew in the kitchen folks were upset about the wait and how they where being treaded AND YES HE was the only white kid there who cared ....ITS ON THE LIST ON PLACES NOT TO STOP AND WE WERE A GROUP OF 20 lucky I got there before the rest of the group did and the only reason I didn't leave because the girl said she didn't know how to refund my money ??? And as I was just going to say 20 bucks was not that important to stay at a place like this so we got our food and walked out...

I had to go to Jackson for work last night (10/26/18) and on my way back I stopped in. The person that took my order was named Austin. He was obviously new but didn’t make me wait on ordering and seemed fairly intelligent when it came to the menu. He then went to the back and began to prepare my food. As far as wait time, it did take a little while but I understood, we’ve all been new somewhere. As soon as it was done he immediately brought it out to me along with the tray and asked if I needed any condiments and I took some. He then handed me a couple napkins and asked if he could get me some more. As we departed he told me that he hoped I had a blessed night and we went our separate ways. I’m not one for reviews but it was a breath of fresh air seeing somebody who wasn’t rude and stuck up. Very nice people in this establishment, I was very impressed with Austin though.
