Delivery is a huge disappointment. We order from the Queensgate location in Richland quite a bit, we have food sensitivities and for the most part I like their food over other fast food options. But these guys know you are doing an online order, and will skimp you on the meat like corporate personally trained them to do it. If I go in person and watch them make it, this doesn’t happen. Tonight for example. We ordered a carnitas salad bowl, $14 normally, extra meat is a $6.00 up-charge. My husband got the steak burrito bowl, extra meat is a $7.00 up-charge. We had to dig through each of these meals to find shreds of wet limp meat somewhere in there?!! I dug my meat all the way out just to get a solid reference, it was 1/4 cup of wet shredded pork. Please see my beautiful pictures. Would you pay $6.00 extra on top of $14 for the actual meal for a 1/4 cup of wet meat?! Also, I called the phone number to bring it to the location’s attention, but instead I get a lovely robot that try’s to triage my call. I ended up being transferred to the main customer service line after saying “talk to a person” and hitting “0” about a hundred times. The representative who answered with her children screaming in the background gave me a great tip… you have to say “EMERGENCY” or “Vender” and the automated system will actually transfer you to a real person at the Queensgate location. Yay! A little dramatic to have to say “emergency” or lie and say you’re a vendor…but now that I’m starving, I have time tonight to play these reindeer games. After I explained the situation to the worker who answered at the store location, he said he would pass the message along. Insert -eye roll- here. I feel bad venting to the worker, who like most of us needs his job, but these employees are wasting $50 of our money at a time, it’s not ok. Guys, put more meat on your single servings, and for the love of food if someone pays an extra up-charge for extra meat, PLEASE give us something worth while. I am done with this location and probs Chipotle in general since the CEO is raising the prices 2%. HAIL NO. I’m out.

So this is the Subway of Mexican food, so keep your expectations around that level to be satisfied. Tips: 1. never get guac...some people claim to love it, but obviously they have never had good guac. If you eat genuine Mexican food, Chipotle simply does not have the proper flavor profile for guacamole imo- not enough lime, salt, cilantro, or pepper (plus cumin, garlic, ect), nor are the avocados creamy enough. 2. Get black beans & pinto, 1/2 & 1/2 (good for texture & flavor) 3. Get salsas, pico, sour cream on the side (I can't eat a whole serving, so this makes reheating more palatable, ignore this if you eat all at once) 4. Get a burrito bowl with 2 extra tortillas on the side (makes 2 meals for me, as I said previously, I can't eat all of this at once, if you can, then ignore this too), Don't do drive through, it's a slow nightmare if you did the app order. 5. As a vegetarian definitely get sofritos (or vegetarian chorizo if they offer it, my heart broke when it went away) and fajita veggies- adds so much texture, spice, & flavor. 6. Last tip: If you take your food home to eat definitely add more lime and if you have it, authentic Mexican cheese (salty cotija does so much for the overall flavor).

How stupid do you have to be to give someone an empty tortilla when you order a quesadilla with just cheese. When you complain about it, the idiot behind the counter says that you need to select cheese. What does that even mean when you order a quesadilla with just cheese that you have to select it with cheese? Quesadilla with cheese pretty much means cheese tortilla with cheese. You have to say "I want a cheese tortilla with cheese and add cheese" to even get cheese on it? This isn't the first time these morons pulled this. There has to be drugs involved to think this.

So I want to start off with saying these guys always make great food and are friendly when you go to the store and they are my "go to" place when it comes to Chipotle. With that being said, I had placed an order with DoorDash for this location and was happily waiting for my food until I went to go check the update for my delivery and it's said it was cancelled 🙃😐 So I called DoorDash and they said yeah DoorDash cancelled it due to a system error and I can expect my refund within 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Mind you, these was the last bit of money I had so I was not happy about getting no food AND having to wait for my money 😤😤😤 They gave me the store number and I called the Queensgate location. Immediately, Jocelyn answered and heard my concerns and my issue at the moment and she offered to speak to her manager for me to let him know of the situation. Anthony the manager then picked up the call and listen to my problem. He immediately did what he thought was best for this situation and offered to assist me and even threw in a drink for the trouble.🥰🥰🥰 Say what you have to about DoorDash but this Chipotle did a phenomenal job in making sure the guest was taken care of, regardless of fact that it wasn't on their end the issue and how the situation came up. These two should be given a shout out or at the very least a small acknowledgment of their great effort in customer satisfaction! 10/10...

I walked in. Took a second to look at the menu. Then got in line. I had some time to look at the food. The chicken looked dry and old. This bin of chicken was completely full. I was wwaiting for the cashier to take care of her customer first. Then another worker came from the back and had asked me what I wanted and I told her. And she made my burrito in about 20-30 seconds, it also looked a bit light but I wasn't able to really see how much she put in.

Sat in my car. Took two bites and tasted cold chicken and beans but most importantly the chicken, it was below room temperature about 50 degrees. And it tasted about 30 minutes to an hour old. And again it was a full tub of chicken. I came back inside for a refund. She asked if I wanted her to make one in the back. Not sure what that meant.

I left the burrito as well. Because, I'm not risking eating cold chicken at a fast food restaurant. Judging by the state of that and the lettuce I saw, this restaurant probably gets away with a lot of negligence for food safety. And I'm sure the chicken was going to stay out until it was empty.

Cashier was courteous and did their best to refund me. And made a great effort to do so.

I go to chipotle because I am paying restaurant prices for quality food. I was thinking about this for a month and now I have a stomach ache thinking of Chipotle. The food was old. And...
