Jokers Comedy Club — Restaurant in Richland

Everytime i go with any of my friends, we get poor service if any at all, i went one time and sat for 30 mins trying to call any server for a menu (i just wanted food) and i still had to get a menu myself and ended up leaving with no one helping me for 30 mins. The bartenders are very rude and dont help you if you dont know what you want to drink. when its super busy, the bartenders mainly serve the guys and there is no line. I have been cut infront of so many times that i get 2 drinks all night because the servers cant keep up. Its either too crouded or no one is in there like they are closed. Ive gone here maybe 6 or 7 times and i refuse to go back any more. One night (3 or 4 yrs ago) i took my family bowling and i had a driver so i had 1 drink (atomic bowl is better service although not the greatest) after playing some games for at least 2 hrs, we though the staff was great until the spoke against us on something they didnt see. Some old drunk man was hitting on me as i walk ahead of everyone to the car to get my new born in the back with me. I just kept telling him thanks but no thanks. The guys that were with me said thank u for complimenting my girl trying to help this old man realize im not interested. This old man walks to his car, gets in his trunk a machete, and walks towards all of us swinging this over sized knife. The guys of course wanted to knock out the old man but i got them all to get in the car as he was still walking up to us. I called the police when he walked back to his car and drove circles around us not letting us leave. The police came and talked to everyone, we were all let go since we did everything we were supposed to. But the old man was booked into custody and we all were in handcuffs while an officer sat with my newborn because the bartenders said the old man was a regular and we were there one time causing problems. We were never asked to leave or asked to stop doing anything so idk what any of us did wrong. After they reviewed the tapes, we were all let go as they took the old man. There is nothing...

Have been coming here for years. I would’ve never guessed I’d be leaving a review. The older guy that seats you, he is not pleasant. Service? Okay? They had a few real good bartenders in here not to long ago. Would make sure everyone was happy. One bartender, (If I recall right, her name was Alisha?) is and was the reason we returned.

Up until last week when, My wife went to bar to order, cuz the waitress we got, was too worried about how she looked, and couldn’t communicate to well with us. She quickly regretted that one. The older heavy set gal, (Becky) was so rude and unprofessional. We ended up having to leave. My wife was in tears. Made herself seem innocent and we could hear her talking so inappropriate about us, other customers, and the serving staff. She didn’t know when she went outside multiple times, our family members heard all the bad mouthing she had to say. Sadly Tri doesn’t have the right life style anymore. This was our go to place. I’m disappointed in all the negative changes. I said something to the guy that sat us down but to no avail. lol.

Worse experience of my life honestly a nightmare wouldn’t recommend any lady to go on a Thursday lady’s night the bouncers like to beat up women then they will lie and throw any video evidence away I was a victim thank god I was lucky enough to get my hands on that video and won my case I did do too weeks in jail but I did get paid because I was in county on a false charge so watch out for the security’s Larry and Michael they will try to ruin your life and that is why Michael ended up with 5 stitches on his eye lid because it was self defense not to mention the owners will cover for them the person who worked there at the time of the incident even lost his job because my attorney when and told them he gave me the video and they let him go which he was okay with that because he had enough and he said I wasn’t the first girl he did that too there had been many but they didn’t get so lucky and when it was time to bring out the video in court jokers club would always “loose” the video so they pretty much didn’t have no evidence I will never go back...
