My husband and I had a full package wedding through the Moore Manson in Pasco and Pacific Pasta was one of our catering options. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Nikki and her catering experience, her food, and her passion for cooking.

From start to finish, Nikki, was responsive and professional and made sure to answer each question thoroughly and with genuine care. We got married in the Fall ( one week ago ) and knew we wanted a fall inspired comfort food menu for us and our guests. My husband and I cook often and food runs in my family and know what kind of work and preparation goes into catering as we both worked in the industry for over a decade and know the challenges clients and events can bring. I like to think I am a fair but realistic critic and this is why supporting someone like Nikki, her family, and her business is SO important to me. She not only delivered our specific dietary restraints and requests but absolutely crushed the flavors and taste of CLEAN comfort amazing food. My guests not only raved about the food the entire night but actually went up for seconds and thirds!

I presented her with an extra challenge of transforming a family favorite recipe for our bone-in chicken thighs that is near and dear to my family after my brother, who was a chef, passed away this last spring and we wanted to incorporate one our favorites into the food. She absolutely nailed the recipe and made it such a delicious dining experience. Her hand-carved smoked Tri-Tip was incredible and paired with a tangy and savory Chimichurri! I also had her test out a new way of Grill & Chill veggies and she could not have have executed them more perfectly and deliciously!

Her heart and passion for cooking was in every single bite. Her staff and professionalism was so evident and desire to create a personal and family serving experience was unlike any other meal. You could taste her joy to learn and expand and arise to challenge was so inspiring.

If you want fresh, amazingly delicious food, seasonal produce and veggies, a beautiful and professional experience, I would absolutely recommend Nikki and her catering team.

I have rarely been treated as rudely and brusquely at an eating establishment. The atmosphere seems relaxed and casual, and the food certainly smells good. But, apparently I am not of the quality of client they expect, and by that I mean a person who dares ask a question. Having never been here before, I politely asked the lady working at the front counter about tables and how they work, only to have her flatly tell me to sit down at the bench in front of the counter. She advised and they would scrunch us down until a table could be found. Of course she didnt even ask how many were in my party....so how she was going to seat us is a mystery. Luckily I was the only person waiting for a table. Fifteen minutes later they have sat another table while taking to-go orders and have yet to acknowledge my existence again. Since I was told there were no lists or reservations and was not asked about party size I can only assume this establishment no longer wants new customers. I would recommend avoiding this restaraunt unless you are a regular or they are absolutely dead. Maybe their politeness and customer service turns on at that point. Also, one couple doing a to go order has had to wait 10 mins just to get counter help to order. I have now been here for 20 minutes, roughly. Certainly skip weekend nights...

My mother referred me to PP after she and my daughter had a taste testing session for my daughter’s wedding plans. My daughter did not use PP because the venue she chose wouldn’t allow her to use her own caterer. She had over 200 guests and she was extremely limited on venue choices. I’m getting married the same year as my daughter so my mother told me to use PP. When I called they had me speak to Mary Sue. Mary told me to review the menu online and to call her back to go over the contract and details. My fiancé I did just that and I called her back within 24 hours. Mary had given me her personal cell. I called and left two messages over a 10 day period with no response. Then I called my mother and told her thank God my daughter and I had not entrusted PP with our most special days since Mary couldn’t even return a phone call in a reasonable amount of time. My mother said Mary probably remembered our last name and wasn’t happy that my daughter didn’t use PP for catering. If that assumption is correct, how unprofessional. People can’t control whether a venue will allow a particular caterer or not. My wedding is in my beautiful backyard so I have control over who I can bring in as a caterer. I certainly won’t be using PP since they can’t even manage a return phone call. Lots of caterers out there so...
