Incredible food and great service! Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, and the staff are happy to talk through the menu items to find something that fits your taste and dietary needs.
I came in for lunch on a weekday and there were plenty of other patrons, but we were able to be seated immediately. Upon ordering, the food came out quickly. We started with the pani puri and vegetable pakora appetizers, which were both delicious. The pani puri was light, crispy, and very fresh and the serving was plenty for two people. The pakora was out of this world! Perfectly chewy and well seasoned. For mains we had the lamb saag and lamb curry, with garlic naan and roti. The saag was probably the best I’ve ever had - the meat was perfectly cooked and the sauce was wonderfully seasoned and creamy without being too rich. I specified medium spicy, and next time I’ll ask for more heat. The curry was also fantastic, wonderfully warm and spicy with perfectly cooked lamb. The service was top-notch - our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. But the real star of the show was the food!
We ordered the vegetarian food, and every dish was a masterclass in flavors and textures. The cardamom-infused desserts were a highlight. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail and the commitment to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. You can tell that the team at Cardamom is passionate about serving authentic, delicious food.

Read moreDelicious food. Likely the best Indian food I've had, anywhere, and among the best restaurants in the tri-cities, if they can keep the quality up. The butter chicken was amazing, and we felt the need to buy extra on the way out, so that there would be leftovers.
Portion size is med- small, I definitely wouldn't have complained about more, roughly a pint's worth per dish, but the flavors were too good to complain and honestly, the portion size is average-ish.
We ordered low spice and, for the most part had no complaints whatsoever about the flavor.
Butter chicken is HIGHLY recommended. Everyone should get their own! Our table purchased Chicken Tikka, Biryani, Butter chicken and Vindaloo. All were amazing, although my GF felt the Biryani was too spicy and I agree that it was spicier than I...
