John Dam Plaza — Attraction in Richland

We went here for the Antigue Show. What I cant understand is why the grass was not mowed at this event or The Art in the park. Both locations should have been mowed. Grass was a trip hazard. City planning for these events failed. Same thing last year! Tree roots and the grass so long. Alot of people from everywhere come for these events. Venders were so nice. Seems like it was smaller than last year. Art in the park was half the size from previous years. We bought several items. Lots of fun. Also no coffee vender for Antigue show. No mini dougnuts. Would have been a great treat but...

Cute little park! We had a picnic before going to the farmer's mkt. There weren't bathrooms available so had to find another place for my young niece to go. The grass was lush & green. I didn't see anywhere to water your dogs. There were a few picnic tables scattered around the park. The amphitheater seemed nice but since there wasn't any music, can't speak to the acoustics. August 21, 2025 at 8pm, Yes& productions, easy parking, comfy VIP seats, or picnic on the cool grass. No food vendors tonight, Panda Express or Wendy's across the street. Snacks sold at intermission. Sound and lighting were top notch. Every singer had a wearable mic and the live orchestra elevated the performance. Great local talent that shouldn't be missed!...
