Their food is great, but coustomer service needs working on. They are friendly when u order, but have messed up twice in a months time, but might be due to phone service. I have heard them apologizing a few times in the 2 times I have been lately to other people with wrong orders. When I called it says do u want the same order as last time and to type a num for yes and I did. Got there and always only one girl at 6, which would be a very busy time. Byram always has 2 or 3. The whole oder was wrong, so they re made the order. Then, this evening I got in there and they said nobody called in an order. I called the same num back which was almost like an answering service that said she saw where I ordered at the one in Richland. Not sure if this situation is a phone issue or what. I really hated to bring it up because they are so friendly, but u can keep apologizing, but no change. Read moreThe food was great, especially love the Pecanberry Salad! The antics of a few employees left a lot to be desired, though. The employee who took our order stopped us in the middle of the order to talk to another employee that came out of the kitchen area. The conversation wasn’t about a pressing issue with another order and could have easily been postponed until she completed taking our order. We seated ourselves across the aisle from an employee who was eating on what I presumed was her meal break. Our food was delivered to our table by the same person who took our order. After delivering our food and leaving the area, the employee returned with a broom. It’s great to see employees staying productive during slow periods (we were the only customers inside), and although she did sweep around a couple of tables, she initiated what I call horse play with the employee on her break. The sweeping employee would flip debris towards the other employee with the broom while the 2 bantered between them. Read moreAugust 1st 2022 I just had surgery and I needed to eat light, I could barely walk from being sore. I ordered a salad and potato, my friend ordered salad And sandwich. We sat there a hour everyone behind us have eaten. When we complained they couldn’t find it order. We asked for the Manager and they never came out. The waitress dropped a call in order on the floor pick it up and put it back in the back! After I said something about it she say oh it’s covered up!!! Really??? Where in the world did they get these workers and management must approve of this because they never came to fix the issue!!! As I walked out 5 customers left with me!! BE AWARE!!!
