McDonald's — Restaurant in Richland

Every single time i go here i get horrible service. Today i went to the drive thru with a simple order. 2 sausage & cheese biscuits, a small fry, and a larger sweet tea. Straight out the window they handed me a large coke directly after askin what i ordered. I handed it back and got my sweet tea. They asked me to pull up. I have a 1 hr lunch break. I spent all of that lunch break waiting for this order. All the while they brought 5 different orders to my window.. different employees mind you. Everyone asked what i had and neither brought it. I waited patiently. The the girl that brought my order only brought me cold biscuits with cheese not melted and no fries. Then she brings me a large order of fries no ketchup. No jelly for biscuits. No napkins. Service is always like this. This staff is always horrible. Polite always apologetic but no one is on track. I work in the area and frequently get lunch within a block of this location. I try them again at least 1 time in every 3 weeks hoping that one day they will be on their game. In my experience i have waited 30 min after paying for 1 small caramel frappe. I have waited 20 min after paying for 1 sausage mcmuffin. Always always horrible. If you want good service go to the burger king... they dont have all day breakfast but getting good friendly fast service is thier game. McDonald's manager should take lessons from them....

Avoid at all costs. I went through the drive through on June 2, 2024 around 7:15pm to get food after church. They sent me to the second window to pay. The girl making drinks at the window had very long, 3/4inch nails. She was not wearing any gloves as her hands/nails were in contact with everything at that station. When I received my drink, I put my straw in it and sipped, waiting for my food. Something that was not drink came through my straw. I spit it out. It looked like an Oreo cookie, but intuition told me to smell it before discarding. It was someone’s poop- in my drink!! I told the lady working the window there was something in my drink. She apologized, handed me a napkin to wipe my hand on, fixed me a new drink and took the other drink back through the window.

I called the store and no one ever answered or called me back. I called the Health Department and reported it. I also called Corporate. They responded a few days later. I was extremely disappointed that the store manager did not make an effort to do anything about this. Even more so that they allow un-groomed, ungloved workers to fix food and drinks, and handle filthy money at the same window where food is passed back and forth. Her fingernails were at least 3 inches past her...

I’ve worked in the service industry, so I consider myself pretty understanding. This place is awful though! I was picking up a doordash & it took 5 minutes for anyone to even ask me what I needed. When they finally acknowledged me the worker didn’t if ask “How may I help you” she just says “Doordash?” I kindly reply with a yes ma’am & she tells me they’re waiting on the fries.

I wait a good 10 minutes when one of the workers look at me & I hear her say “Is that doordash ready?” She looks in what I assume is my bag and says “sweet tea” Whoever put the fries in didn’t even finish off the order, just left it there.

I finally get back to my car & something in me is telling me to check the bag. I do & all of the sauces are missing. I go back in & wait another 5 minutes. I made eye contact with 3 different people & not one “How can I help you” The lady that did finally help us just says “What you need?” I tell her & she puts them in a bag & just throws it on the counter. No have a nice night or anything.
