Subway — Restaurant in Richland

I went to this location and it took the person making my husbands sandwich almost 20 minutes. We were in line waiting for 3 sandwiches and 1 pretzel for over thirty minutes. We ordered a pretzel at the beginning of our order and after a total of 45 minutes I asked for a refund because we still hadn't gotten it. The manager was not helping this clearly new employee, instead she was walking around the shop avoiding that area completely. I finally got sick of waiting and asked for a refund. I understand you have a new employee but shouldn't the manager step in and help and use this as a learning moment? Not only was my service exceptionally poor but so is the training for...

I have never experienced employees more clueless then the girls I saw today. I ordered 2 dippers for my kids. First they didn’t know how to make them, asked me what kind of cheese, and turned it into a two person job. When it came to ask me what sauce I wanted, I asked for marinara sauce (I have never had a problem getting it) and she stood there looking at the other girl for a good minute confused and said she can’t because her manager never taught them that… let’s just say it was a mistake and not worth the service…. Will not return to this location and don’t recommend it...

I went to go buy a sandwich and and their is a women named hailey and she was the Manager she looked mad and I said I wanted 3 sandwiches and I told her I wanted it toasted and she gave it to me Burt one was for my child that is 3 years old and how is he going to chew a Burt sandwich so I asked her if she could do that sandwich again and she rolled her eyes and she gave me and sandwich and it was even more Burt I didint want to make a show their so I paid and left I can’t belive that somone like that...
