Taco Time — Restaurant in Richland

Every single time I go to this Taco Time, whether I have to wait in line or not, I ALWAYS (except once) get cold, day old tasting Mexi-Fries (tater tots)! I don't understand and it's VERY irritating, especially since their lobby isn't open to the public (due to staff shortages, according to their sign on door) so you have to wait in line again, just to get the problem fixed. We ate at the New Richland Taco Time today & it was the worst Taco Burgers we have ever eaten!!! No flavor!!!! The buns were hard!!! Like they were freezer burnt???? It was gross!!!! We were on our lunch break & took it to go!!!!!!!! I will not go back!!! I order an empanada because they show it as not having cinnamon on it & I even told the girl at the counter I could not have cinnamon and it was Co ered with cinnamon. ..so a huge waste of my hard earned...

My favorite of the fast food taco places. You can't go wrong with a classic crisp meat burrito. The redhead working the window was a little ball of energy and made me laugh. More places need people like her. They did give me regular mexi-fries when I had ordered stuffed. I pulled around and went inside to wait for the correct item and to my suprise there were only 2 people working. Kudos to both of them. They made my order correct and brightened up...
