It takes a lot for me to leave a poor review . . . But this is one of those times it is warranted. We just got our food after one hour between drive through, multiple phone calls, and placing a mobile order one quarter of the way through. We ordered one salad and one standard meal, each with a drink. That is it. The story of events is much longer than what I’ll type. I was kind to the kids working because part of me felt bad they said they were understaffed. But then when I was (I will say the one positive) let inside because all doors were locked and no guests allowed inside to use their restroom, I saw zero stress, rush, or to be honest comprehension by any of the employees. I was again, nice, so they were in turn amiable. . . But I’d liken it to having 0 cares, understanding, or idea as to what should be happening to at least mitigate some of the issues at hand. There needs to be a level of training and ownership by higher ups too, because when I say HORRIFIC and a full hour process, I mean it. Read moreI usually use the drive thru at this location, but my nieces and nephews wanted to dine in this time. Definitely shouldn’t have, to begin, I know that dine in orders usually come on plates. When the young lady called my name (Al, the name I gave her) my food was in to go boxes. That was a red flag for me. No big deal so I sat with the kids. I noticed that two other families came in, a different race than me and my family, and they were served on the proper plates. Still, no big deal. I ended up ordering a meal to go, gave the young lady the exact same name, Al. Though it was a different young lady who took my to-go order, the same young lady gave it to me. Purposely mispronouncing my name, screaming “Owl”, after she said it perfectly for the dine in order and the young lady who took my order also told her how to say it before she called it out, apparently. They were all laughing as if it was some kind of joke but I didn’t really find it funny or cute. I just left the establishment with the food. If I ever do return, it’ll definitely be through the drive thru where I don’t have to have that much interaction...
Read moreI would give it a zero if it were an option. We went through the drive thru and there was only one car ahead of us and what looked like mostly employees in the parking lot. We sat at the speaker for over 7 minutes before our order was taken. No one asked us to hold just silence. When we pulled forward the car ahead of us was pulled to the white line and after we paid we were asked to pull forward behind them as well. Then we heard her ask the guy behind us because our window was still down to back his truck up to get off the timer. We waited forever to get our food only to see that our food was all mixed up in the containers like it had been dropped. Fries and chicken were soaked in coleslaw. Tried to eat them and half the fries were still frozen solid like they just gave up waiting for the rest to cook. This place has potential but if they do not get their service together soon it’s going to lose alot of customers especially when you’re paying those prices for bad...
