Burger King — Restaurant in Richmond

Very disappointing. Employees are friendly, but notoriously slow. I wanted to try their new CH'king sandwich, which was a little disappointing. Can't touch Wendy's, imo. But the worst part was the 12 minute wait...there was one car behind us and no one inside. Ticket time was 8:02. At 8:13 my wife decided to go inside to discern the delay, figuring her burger would be ice cold by now. This is a "fast food" restaurant, right? Guy is just sticking the food in the bag and says "the chicken takes 7 minutes to cook." (Not only does that seem a little unreasonable, it also doesn't account for the other 5 minutes.) Then we get home and my wife finds her cold burger slathered in ketchup...please see burger description on ticket. And those "medium fries"...makes you long for Five Guys. I don't know how a restaurant expects to compete in a tough industry with this kind of service. (The 5 or 6 fries on my wife's plate were removed before the picture was taken...and I added some ranch dressing to the over-breaded chicken to make it...

I came here to get a quick bite to eat, and I ordered 2 chicken juniors and a value fry. Unfortunately, after dumping my fries into one of my chicken jr. wrappers, I discovered that there was hair in my food (my fries). It's a shame that this happened as this is one of the better Burger King locations in the Richmond area. The manager is going to replace my order, but that isn't going to fix my amount of disgust. After I receive my replacement meal, I more than likely will never return to this location. I'm also going to inspect my replacement meal to make sure there isn't hair in that order. I'm utterly disgusted. To the workers at this location, do better. If you aren't wearing hairnets, or if they aren't properly securing your hair you shouldn't work in food...

For starters my 3 yr old ordered a burrito and so did my husband. We were then only car in the drive thru. They ask us to pull up and they would bring our food out. 10 minutes goes by and still no food. So my husband walks in and stands another few minutes and then finally as he went to get our money back they gave him the food. But we were missing our salsa and hash rounds so I walk in and tell them. One of the employees gets a kick out of our food was cold and missing! When I get out to my car my husband informs me that our daughter and him can't eat them that they had put some kind of pinkish sauce that is very spicy on the burritos. This store couldn't pay me to eat...
